I was in need of a lot of electrical work and asked a coworker if he knew of someone. He told me that Moore and Company Electric was excellent. I called them, of course the voice mail was full, but they did respond quickly in a text message. We agreed on them coming out on a Tuesday afternoon. However they texted me on that Tuesday tell me that they could not make it out that day, due to a bigger problem at the customer house they were at. Which is very understanding.
So the next day comes and I sent them a text asking if I would be seeing them that day or did we need to reschedule all together. They said that it would have to be Thursday instead and we agreed on a time again.
Thursday came and went, no word, no call, no text and they did not bother to show up. So giving them the benefit of doubt and thinking that I had the wrong Thursday, this past Thursday instead of the previous one. I waited again, and NO call NO text and NO SHOW.
Maybe they thought it was not important and didn't want my business. Either way I am not happy and will not can not recommend any one using this company.
