We were so pleased with Joe's work. We had three jobs for him to do. He did two jobs expertly and recommended we just get a fluorescent light for the third task. Gabriella came along and was ready to give Joe a hand. We highly recommend their work, why hire anyone else! Their rates are reasonable

I have had them over to deal with several electrical problems, including one caused by another electrician, and each time they have 1) been available promptly (usually the same day), 2) quick to figure out the problem, 3) done the repairs quickly, and 4) charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

I was in need of troubleshooting on a remodel job in an older building so I called Monticello Electric. Gabriella answered my call and said that they would stop by the job at 4 PM that day. Gabriella and Joe showed up 5 minutes early, looked at the job and said that they could do it in about 2 hours and they would start right then. They completed the job in an hour and the finished product is very professionally done. The bonus is that Joe and Gabriella are truly nice people, calm and friendly and very talented. I will hire them again without question.

No power to my house since the night before; he was the third electrician I called, and the only one who answered right away and was available to come to my house that day.
He quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in two hours which included finding the replacement breaker. All in a friendly manner and at a reasonable cost.

I was in need of an electrician to install an electric car charger/outlet at my home. After doing research on Yelp, I contacted Monticello Electric, received a quick response and was able to schedule a visit to get a quote in short order.

Joe came out to my home on a Wednesday morning, examined the job, gave me an estimate and we scheduled installation for the following Tuesday.

Less than 24 hours before my scheduled install date, I received a voicemail from ""the electricians"" stating that my landlady had not approved the car charger installation and associated costs and therefore my appointment was being rescheduled until further notice. Oddly, I own my own home and do not have a landlady.

I promptly returned the call and realized there was nothing but confusion about who I was, what my landlady (who does not exist) had/had not done to delay the scheduled work, etc. I was offered to reschedule my appointment, with zero reasons given as to why (nor any type of apology for the mix up), for an entire week later.

Rather than engage with this company, who in my experience does not prioritize customer service and appears quite unorganized, I decided to go elsewhere to get the work done. Based on my experience: proceed with caution.

I called in need of a Electrician, I spoke with Joe.He was at my house in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Iam still working with him on the problem. He did give me power so i can live with more comfort temporarily. He's great! I do recommend him!
