Our tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. They came and thoroughly inspected the unit to determine the problem. Unfortunately we needed a new unit. ( our unit was 16 years old). They provided us with multiple options and did not pressure us into anything. The pricing was very good. Once our decision was made they had a new unit installed the next day. Wish I could leave 0 stars for this company! On 2/16 I spoke to someone at their call center and arranged for a technician to come out on 2/17 to address two tankless water heaters that were not working. I was told that I would get a follow up call the following day. On 2/17, I was told that I could expect someone between 3 and 6 pm. I reiterated that I needed someone to come out today because there was no hot water in the building. I also requested that the technician call me at least 30 min before arrival in case I'm not at the property. At 4:45, I get a call from them and they tell me that no one was available to address my water heater issue and that they were closed for the weekend. It was like... Sorry, too bad.. we can't fix it and now it's too for you to call anyone else because it's at the end of the day on a Friday and you're stuck with no hot water for the weekend. What a... you know what. Why would they wait till the end of the day to tell me they can't come out? I couldn't believe it!

Enrique came to check our tankless water heater. He arrived on time, was courteous, and very good explaining the workings of tankless systems. Will call Monkey Wench for annual maintenance and any other problems that may arise. They also phoned and texted me to confirm appointment and to let me know Enrique was on his way.

Monkey Wrench are truly a 5 star company. My tankless water heater stopped functioning after a power cut and I didn't discover it until later that night. I called the after hour number and Alex was there by 9 am the next morning. It turned out to be a simple breaker switch - but you don't know until you know right? Anyway, it got fixed which was fine. The really amazing thing tho was the monkey wrench response time and the professionalism that Alex brought. He was polite, well presented and knowledgeable - I can't recommend this company highly enough. ( I'm sorry I got a bit frustrated when calling the night response operator - that was my bad).
