These guys are the worst. If there was a minus 5 rating they would deserve it.
Our building had a broken water pipe. I slowed the leak with flex tape and plastic.
MW sent Hecter to make the repair. He didn't remove the tape or plastic and gave me an estimate of $2000.00 He could see the problem............
After convincing Hector it wasn't that bad we removed the tape. To which we replied. It can't be fixed. He suggested putting a shut off valve in the line, 30 minutes of work and he charged $500. When I asked why $500 for
30 mins he replied we don't charge by the hour we charge by the job. Really?

But wait it gets worse !!!!
Yes he put the shut off valve in ($500) but he did not reconnect the pipe he cut off.
I called MW and they sent another tech back to finish the job. He said it was an easy fix, but didn't have the parts he needed. He would go back to MW,and call with an estimate to complete the job and set up an appointment. They never called back, and haven't returned my calls (3).

I found another plumber that fixed the original problem and reconnected the severed pipe that Hector left. Total cost $325.00

MW didn't finish the job and overcharged for the work they did.

Don't walk away from these guys run. And hang on to your wallet.
