They are the a warranty service provider for Rinnai. The part that needed replacing was the heat exchanger. Rinnai was covering the job under warranty both parts and labor. The technician first told us Rinnai would cover 300 dollars for labor and they would need another 1300 on top of what rinnai would cover. We didn't hire them for the job and were going to get another quote. They had the part shipped to them and never notified me that they had the part shipped to them. I decide to hire another plumber and found out they had the part over a week later. No I didn't have any hot water. I had to get a hold of a Rinnai tech to find out they had the part. The technician first told also informed me that they cover 450 dollars not 300. So in short they wanted 1750 for a job that takes 1 guy about 1-2 hours to complete. I'm sure there excuse is bigger companies need to make more money to cover advertising etc. but what they are charging is more than a high end lawyer makes. Steak clear of this company unless you want to get ripped off and put on the back burner. The plumber I hired did the job for the 460 Rinnai awards for the job.

Luis C is a terrific technician and really represents the company well. He is honest and does an excellent job explaining what he is doing and what needs to be repaired or replaced. Luis was on time with his appointment and is really passionate about his job.

I asked Monkey Wrench to come out and look at my tankless water heaters and do a possible flush. Luis explained to me that a flush would probably do more damage to the water heaters and I will probably need to replace them in a couple of years. This agreed with my own assessment that the water heaters are close to replacement and I really appreciate that Luis was very honest about the flush treatment. I will definitely go to Monkey Wrench when I need to replace these water heaters in a couple of years!

We had Rick come out to our house since our tankless water heater stopped working and our troubleshooting didn't help. He quickly found the issue was with previous work they had done on the unit, with wiring. Rick could have charged us for the visit, but he chose a path of honesty and integrity and did not charge us. I'm a small business owner and often I will refund money to my client after finding the framing material from a different supplier, even after the client approved the original price. We will definitely call Monkey Wrench for all our plumbing and heating needs.

Came out to fix a 20 year old hvac unit and found it was in bad shape. Wasn't cooling any more. To many things wrong to list here. Instead of trying to find parts( impossible almost) we decided to go with a new unit. So we bit the bullet(big) and will be good for another 20 years.

Great service. Called yesterday about setting up regular maintenance on my AC system and they hooked me up with an incredibly reasonable service plan where they come out twice a year to make sure everything is running smoothly. Jose, their tech came out this morning and checked everything, changed my filter for me and pointed out possible issues with my ageing furnace.

The service and professionalism from these guys was incredible. Highly, highly recommend!

Gabe did a wonderful job servicing our air conditioning unit.

I love the new app from Monkey Wrench where it texts you 30 minutes prior to their arrival with the name of the technician along with their resume. also sends you their current location on the map and you can check how close they are to your home, just like with Lyft or Uber. It's so helpful.

Gabe was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Gabe explained what he was going to do, installed the new filter for me and gave me helpful tips and suggestions with prices/quotes in writing on how to extend the life of our air conditioning unit in our rental property.

Monkey Wrench's service is outstanding. I have an annual service with them for both our home and rentals.
