Very responsive and came to my house quickly, addressed the problem in a timely manner. Quoted me me $600 for a $55 part and $250 worth of labor for a job that takes about 30 minutes (replacing a bypass valve). Once I received their quote they tacked on another $700 worth of expenses for general maintenance ($1500+ total). Not sure if this is the norm for the trade, but charging $600 for a $55 part seems dishonest. When I pushed the contractor on the cost of the part he said it's simply that expensive to get from the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer (Navien) and they don't quote prices to consumers, but online wholesalers do. I ended up finding and ordering the part online and swapping it out myself. With expedited shipping, the entire process cost me about $80 and 30 min. to do myself.

They seem on top of their stuff and are quite professional but I would definitely get a second or a third quote before trusting their pricing.

Jonathan Bruce came to my house to check my tankless water heater that was not giving me hot water. He gave me the bad news that I have an electrical problem and that has to be taken care of first and that the unit was burn and it had to be reconstructed or replace. He also told me that first thing in the morning the electrician could be here. I made a mistake and told him that I needed knee surgery and could not climb the hill where the unit was. When he was done checking the unit he was talking to someone on the phone and told them I will call you later when he saw me. It probably was the electrician telling him what he was suppose to say to me. I asked this young man how much is it going to cost. I thought he said $600.00. I repeated $600.00, and he said ""NO"" $6,000.00. I replied ""impossible I paid maybe $1200.00 for the water heater"". I forgot to tell this crook that I am a retired LA PD OFFICER and he does not mess with this old lady, now or never. I called my electrician who charge me $100.00 and said their was nothing wrong with the electrical or the water heater. This man and his company are CROOKS. DO NOT USE THEM! LADY BEWARE

They responded well, and reliable with their time especially this holidays. The work is excellent, but advice is do your research at all times. Otherwise, the work product is pretty excellent and professional. Shout out to Mr. Luis, Kevin and the whole team. Thanks for restoring our gas 2 hours before our Christmas Eve party. Should have read these reviews before I called. Noritz recommended them so I called w/o checking. Another reviewer here sums it up perfectly: ""They dramatically upsell/hard sell/catastrophize"". I'd never seen a technician play that game quite so hard. Wanted 250 to flush my tankless with vinegar for an hour, which I thought was high, but OK. Asked him to show me how to do it, which he did, so I learned something. But then his pump died halfway through and he left w/o charging me. He spent most of his time and energy trying to sell me things I didn't need, and was ultimately incapable of completing a simple maintenance flush.
