Robert is very professional, communicates upfront time and cost estimates, and is very thorough. He was able to reroute electrical for two tvs, mount the tvs, patch and paint, create new outlets and reassign light switch functions for our light/ceiling fans. Hired Robert Jansen of Modern Home Soluations to reburish my master and guest bathroom cabinets. He came to my home, removed the doors and drawers and took them away to his gargage to renew them (removed old lacquer paint, sanded, primed the wood followed by another light sanding, and spray painted with a air paint sprayer. Trust me, that was a ton of work. Within a few days be brought them back to my home and installed them with new hinges and handles. Of course he had to prepare the cabinet shells by a deep cleaning with denatured alcohol, primed and sanded before painting with a roller and brushing when appropriate before reinstalling the doors and drawers. Mr. Jansen started this huge job at 9:30 am and finished at 7 PM. He never stopped during the job. He just went start through from beginning to the end. Awesome! I was so impressed with his work ethic that I will be hiring him again in the future for other improvements I wish to make in my home. He did the window seals in the two bathrooms free of charge.
