Ok this was a long overdue review. I had called Zack on short notice back in December 2016. He came over to my house on 12/23/16 and gave me a quick inspection and quote. He told me he would make a quote on his total and send it over via e-mail. I received it on Tuesday 12/27 quoting for the work to be performed on the 28th. This was crunch time. I needed to have the work performed and completed in 2016 in order to qualify for the 30% tax incentive for installing a electrical plug in for vehicles. Everything was completed on time and done cleanly. Great work on short notice. It would be a pleasure to have them come out again for perhaps a second electrical vehicle plug installation. Maybe a weathered Tesla HPWC for outdoors this time.

Last late night, all outlets on one side of our room went out, and it didn't trigger circuit breaker for some reason. Resetting breaker switches didn't do any good, so I left message to Modern Electrical Services. Got message back in the early morning, and an electrician stopped by within 30 min, checked all failed outlets and found overheating / wiring failures. Replaced two outlets, but he also opened and checked all other outlets in the same wiring to ensure no other outlets have loosened wiring that could potentially lead another hazard. Fair price and courteous service.

Zach sent two of his guys (Mike & Vlad) to do a free estimate of what it would cost to install a Tesla charger outlet. The turn around was incredibly quick, and they were able to install the charger in an extremely less complex way than another electrician had told me it had to be done. That also meant that they saved us over $1,000! The guys were nice, quick and efficient and able to answer any questions I had. SO happy to have found this company.
