Steve helped us build a complicated house, from the ground up. He was there from the very first day until the very last, whenever we needed him. Called Steven yesterday afternoon. Requested him to come first thing in the morning. He was here on time, friendly, took care of my issue very quickly. The issue Im having faults out within 3 to 4 days. He mention to me he would come back if the breaker wasnt the problem. So far, so good!

Steven rewired my entire kitchen and replaced a sub panel in less than a day. Some sheetrock repair was needed afterwards, but a job of that magnitude comes with aftermath. This was a good value.

I Recently had Modern come buy and install my mounted television and surround sound. I was a little nervous about having strangers come into my house and do all this work, but thanks to a friend, my mind was set at ease. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Not only did Steven and his staff keep my house wire free by hiding them in the walls, he also helped out with some electrical issues I was having in my guest bathroom. Steven and his staff were thorough, professional and extremely nice. Will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them if you ever need electrical work done.
