Out of six that replied to my requests for quotes, MOCA was the MOST honest!

I've dealt with many contractors, you can pretty much tell them apart from initial communications if you can trust them. Even with all the correct information, they will not give you a estimate unless you set up appointment in person with them and some gives you outrageous laughable estimates, well...I never respond to those companies.

Carlos gave me quotes which I believe its very fair, no surprises, nothing shocking like some other quotes, no upsells, no scare tactics.

Set up appointment, Carlos and partner showed up as scheduled, diagnosis problems and did repairs along with additional work I requested.

Everything done perfectly and cleaned up afterwards.

They came on time for both the job walk (quote) and the job. They were very professional and clean. My work included adding 6 interior outlets, 3 exterior outlets, and a new circuit for the furnace and attic fans. It took two of them a long day to complete so the cost of some $2300 seemed fair.
