Nice internet site. Responsive in selling me a package. Problem was with the follow thru and operational follow up.
Hung my Holiday lights mostly on one circuit. Overloaded the circuit, combined with the rain, and our Holiday lights were out most of the season. They actually came back once and set it back up the same way. When I finally got a call from the supervisor, who promised to get back to me, he tried to put the blame on me. This is a service organization without service. They billed me in advance and proved to be the Scrooge of the Holiday season. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
Big disappointment to my family and grandkids.. Lots of money, no value, I'll look in the future for a company that understands lifetime value of repeat customers...

I had mobile Illumination install the landscape lighting at my residence in July, 2018. The person in charge of this project was Nathan Murrell for this relatively large job. He was willing to walk extra mile making sure every little detail is perfectly done. I am very happy with the result.

Been a customer of MI for years now. They make my twin girls faces light up as much as my house during the holidays. Very precise and professional.
I have also been smart enough to use them for school fundraiser decor. They've transformed an ordinary ballroom into a raging 80s party. Very creative ideas with a variety of ways to make your event truly spectacular.

Only days before the Memorial for Chester Bennington of Linkin Park at the Hollywood Bowl, the Band wanted to transform the venue with hundreds of thousands lights in the trees all around the venue in the spirit of their song ""One More Light."" Mobile Illumination scrambled to execute a truly amazing tribute to a beautiful person with a beautiful heart. Their professionalism and care to this occasion will never be forgotten. Thank you.

I have been using Mobile Illumination for many years now, mostly for Holiday lighting. Most recently they installed permanent backyard lighting on several trees for an event! They stole the show and my yard looks gorgeous every evening! They are lovely to work with and Kaytia is a fantastic designer and was able to help me stay on budget. If there was ever an issue (due to rain, etc), she always had someone come out immediately to handle. Their items are of the highest quality which explains for the slightly higher cost.

Had many years of wonderful service with this company (as shown in my original post), but was compelled to update our review after what was a terrible experience. Normally I would not post such a thing however the work, service and overall lack of care for us as a customer was appalling. The young lady in the office was incredibly rude after calling and attempting to correct their billing error. Was then given a general manger who was equally as disingenuous. Then had to call countless times just to get lights fixed, only to have to wait multiple days. Not sure what has happened, but will be hoping they can't correct it.

As an estate manager and personal assistant, promptness and attention to the finer things is important to me and my client. From start to finish I was very impressed with this company. Receptionist was courteous and our designer Dan was wonderful to deal with. We are not an easy account to deal with and their patience was noted. Strong recommendation and welcome to contact for referral.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LIGHTS THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT.
This was our THIRD YEAR doing lights with Mobile Illumination and paying over 5000$ for lights that other people pay less than half that for. A part of the reason you pay so much is that they are supposed to send someone to fix your lights immediately if they go out. I called over 4 Times and spoke to Noelle who is extremely rude and flippant. NO ONE EVER CAME OUT AND FIXED MY LIGHTS!!! Frank the supposed general manager was just as rude and said he would call me back, he never did. All through Christmas my lights were out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR LOYALTY.
