Just spent 15 minuets on the phone discussing my car audio installation. I purchased and installed a new head unit and subwoofer system in my truck and figured I would get some help configuring all of the settings. They said that they could do it but the it was so simple that they would feel bed doing it and taking my money. Instead he spent 15 minuets explaining how to do it myself and ensuring that I understood. I'll give it a try and call them for help if needed. These are the kinds of people I like to deal with and will reach out in the future when the need arises.
