I emailed Matthew and he happened to be in the neighborhood so he came by and fixed all of the issues I had. He solved a problem with my outdoor lights checked a few things indoors and was highly professional. I would highly recommend MMR electric!

You hear allot of bad stories about people that try to take advantage of a bad situation, well this is just the opposite.
In the middle of this heat wave our electricity went out and our main box basically fried when I tried to reset it. Saturday evening stupid hot, called Matt explained the situation and he came right out.
He looked at the box made sure the house was safe and took care of us. Stand up guy, knowledgable in his trade and extremely fair.
Really happy and impressed with him and his service!
Would definitely call him again for any of our electrical needs.

I called various electrical contractors for a project that involved fishing internet cables through the interior walls of my condominium in Pasadena and installing cable jacks in the walls where before there were just loose wires running along floors and ceilings. After charging me several hundred dollars for shoddy work the first electrician I used claimed my project could not be completed the way I wanted it and tried to persuade me that I would just have to live with loose exposed wires running all over the place. I'm very glad I turned to MMR Electric for a second opinion, and I only wish I had called them first. Matt and his team completed my project in just under three hours and charged a very fair price. Not only that, they were able to install more cable jacks than I had initially asked for. Additionally, they arrived on time and were far more professional than the other electrician. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to use MMR Electric again or recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician in the Pasadena area.

I recommend Matt is really professional technician. I called one technician I used to know before I call Matt. He said he has to replace one of circuit breakers in the house but the problem was he did not have the type of breaker we use. So, he told me I have to wait until tomorrow.
So, I called Matt and he came within 20 minute to my house. He also figured out the circuit is not the problem. And he fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I would call him next time if I have any electric problem.

Spoke with Matt who said he would be able to provide his services for our home inspection repairs and give us a quote in addition. Never heard back from the dude last week and we followed up this week and still nothing. Don't waste your time look elsewhere .

I was at a friend's house recently helping her try to figure out what was going on with her appliances. It turned out to be an electrical issue that was beyond our pay grade, so I did a Yelp search and immediately found MMR Electric with its five-star reviews.

I was immediately impressed that his Yelp page allowed me to request a quote, which he responded to within minutes. I gave him a brief synopsis, and he quoted a reasonable price for the initial visit, labor and the part he thought we would need.

I left my friend to deal with the rest on her own. She let me know that he came out a few hours later, was extremely nice and professional, did a few things, then left without charging her anything. I will definitely be using Matthew again for any future electrical needs, and recommending him to everyone I know.

These guys are great. I was having trouble finding an electrician to install a bathroom ceiling fan. It's not an especially glamorous job for an electrician and no one wanted to take the job. But MMR was happy to take it on and do a great job. And they were nice enough to pick up a few different fans so I could test them out before installation. Matt and his crew earned my loyalty and I will definitely have them back for future work!

I messaged mat last night about my possible electrical outlet problem and how it might be blowing out my transformer to my gate. He shows up the very next morning and checks it out. He tells me the electrical looks fine and for me to get back in touch with my gate guy. When I ask how much for the service he told me don't worry about.

Mat provided outstanding customer service by responding quickly to my message, arrived in a timely manner, and did not feel the need to charge me for a quick service. I appreciate mat fitting me in his schedule on short notice, especially since he had a other clients to see.

Overall outstanding experience, I will contact mat again for future electrical issues, and would recommend to everyone. He will not disappoint.

I just had my whole house re-wired by MMR Electric and the quality of work is far above what most electricians are willing to do. Prices were good and everything was finished on time! I would certainly recommend MMR to my family and friends.
