Contacted this vendor as they were ""recommended"" by the Home Depot ""pro Referral"" site and they were the first to contact me about my request to install a replacement attic ladder. THEY stated when they could come out to do it - that target time was 2 hours ago now - no calls, no messages, and not answering their phone. Then I get back here on Yelp and see Kyle D. wrote about his poor interactions with them just today as well. So, can not recommend.

UPDATE - So, since Jerry basically has now called me a liar by saying he does not know me and I got the wrong business - I have attached screen shots to prove who is not telling the truth.

Stay away at all costs, this person was hired to work on our water heater, he diagnosed the board needed to be replaced and said he would go pick it up the next morning. So when we contacted him the next morning as we hadn't heard from him he said he just needs money to go get it. Our landlord sent him the funds afterwards and he states he would be at our home in 30 minutes, and ever since then we could not get a hold of him. But only after we contacted PayPal to dispute this he returned by saying he couldn't get a hold of us, even though it had been days later. We found him on BBB and saw that he did the same to someone else. He will scam you out of money use at your own risk

**Since Jerry decided to respond to other reviews, I'll go ahead and post my response here too: In response to Jerry's fiasco, I would of left this alone had you not told Paypal that I was the one you couldn't get a hold of, at least if you're going to lie about things, keep your stories straight, you told Paypal after my landlord filed a dispute that you could not get a hold of me to come install the part, but its funny because I kept all text logs, call logs and have submitted those over, and it clearly shows that after you supposedly ""got the money and was across the street"" to go get the part and you would be at my house in 30 minutes, you never showed up or called back, at least own up to your own doing, but for you to take time out and say I am slandering your name, and have lied, don't do that Jerry, we don't have time for this, and you're a grown man own up to your customers, we worked hard for our money, and made time and waited for you, yet here you are spilling out non-sense online, but you don't have time to respectfully text or call back people who were waiting on you. Yet you make great efforts to take people's hard earned money, I don't have any respect for that. We do have the paypal receipt of what my landlord has paid, with zero balance, and how are you going to ask for ""labor"" pay when you didn't show up and actually fix it? thats not how a business is run.
