DO NOT USE - This guy stole my
Money!!! I used him for several jobs on property I manage and seemed to do decent work for a good price. My AC went out at my personal house and he said it was the compressor. So I gave Manuel $700 for the part more than a month ago and he never came and did the work. Weeks went by with no communication so I had no choice but to get a New AC unit because it was 100 degrees. I asked for my money back and he says ""parts are not refundable and he cannot give my money back"" which is crazy because any new compressor is returnable by any supplier. After I mention that he then says ""my brother passed away and I do not have the money I need to pay for funeral"" it's been over a month and I still don't have my $700 returned. This matter will now be turned over to the police for criminal investigation.

!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! This person will steal your money and never return your phone calls. I have been waiting months for my electrical panel to be installed. Every time Manuel is scheduled to come, he never shows up.

first class electrical technician ,did a survey of all the house and really explain everything needed to be done took care of the job at my house, very fair and reasonable prices one of the best electrician that I dealt with in long time. He was able to come out to check at no charge, very knowledgeable about his work, and had the parts handy. Additionally I needed a quote to put grounding in a part of my house and was honest about what didn't need to be replaced and explained what work needed to be done. His quote was much reasonable compared to others. Thanks so much for doing a great job!
