Spoke with Chris over the phone hoping to get him in to help with electric wiring, fan box installation, and fan installation but he was all booked.

Nonetheless he provided very clear instructions, different options to try out, answered a couple of my questions, and gave some advice on what I can do.

Man... this type of service is rare over the phone. I appreciate the quality customer service even if he/they couldn't provide service at this time. Definitely calling back later on if I ever need an electrician.

I called him and asked if he would do a small job for me. He came y to see what I needed and then said no he couldn't do it. He want a bigger job at my home and not what I needed. He asked if he could put in a new electrical panel but I didn't need one. He finally said that he was not intrested in doing the job I needed because it was a small job. But it was all I needed at the time. I was very disapointed in him

I contacted Chris because my mother had a ceiling fan in her garage that stayed on. We were concerned there was a shortage. Chris was so nice and responsive and stated he would come out and take a look at it. Well, My mother reported that Chris was so personable and super nice and she was utterly impressed. Wow, what great service and, I've forgotten what that was. He came in assessed my 3 way light which hasn't worked for over 4 years. He fixed it!! There is light again in my entry way. I can't recommend MKS Electric enough. A few months back they installed a Tesla wall charger for me. Excellent communication and very professional. Today, all of my outside outlets stopped working. I messaged MKS through Yelp and Chris responded almost immediately. He was able to resolve my problem with one message. He saved me money when he could have just come out and charged me his hourly rate. If I ever need an electrician, MKS will be my first call.
