I called periodically over the course of a couple of weeks to schedule the repair but never received a return call or message. Really unprofessional. If they're so busy, they could have had the courtesy to let me know so I could contact my home insurance company to find a new contractor.

You will be hard pressed to find a service provider who has the experience & desire to comply with the local laws & implement quality & trustworthy service you can count on time & time again. I didn't know he did structural construction projects until he noticed I needed to deal with dry/rot damage to a balcony which he repaired far superior than anticipated. Where's the 10 star button??? THANK YOU M & K! I just wish they were here where I live far far away from S.Ca. I honestly haven't been able to find a quality provider in my area that remotely comes close to Mike.
