Needed a 240v outlet at the house for my new Tesla model 3 purchase. Emailed Mike at 6:30 am on Saturday, he called at 7:30 am, came at 8:30 am and was done with the job by 10am (same day)as promised as I had a busy day. Don't cut corners with handymen and hire a licensed electrician like Min to do the job right the first time. Quick, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Min,the owner, was very professional. I liked his prompt response, honesty, and fair price. How do I know? Well I know someone who is an electrician, but because of professionalism and principles of responsibilities, and conflict of interest, I can't hire him.
My electrician, acquaintance said, his prices are actually lower than what he would charge me. I asked if what he was doing was correct and he said yes. I definitely trust Min of MK electric and I plan to use him again in the future to install recessed lighting and a ceiling fan.
I have to say I'm happy with what he has done so far....Btw, he fixed my circuit breaker box during the heat wave and saved me from my wife killing me and kept my kids happy and cool! Thank you Min.

I finally got an electric car. So what's next? I needed an electrician to install a 240v outlet in my garage. I ended up receiving 8 different quotes from friends' referrals, Yelp, and HomeAdvisor. Some gave me quick quotes without even asking me questions while others gave me unreasonably high priced quotes. In the middle of that, I got a call from Min. He asked me a couple of quick questions. I responded, and he ended up talking on the phone about types of chargers to use, amp rates, and other stuff I hadn't thought of. Min wanted to make sure I wasn't trying to get more than I needed, although that could've meant more money for him. He explained it all to me in layman's terms. He gave me the peace of mind to know that he would be able to take care of my needs.

When he arrived, he took care of me beyond my expectations. He even had to do some minor carpentry work. Even before doing that, we had to move a lot of boxes and tiles out of the way so he could get to the electric panel. He took care of everything from A to Z with a smile on his face the whole time. We had fun conversations as he explained the work he was performing. Over the course of the next 30 minutes, I learned so much about how electricity works in my house, I made a new friend, and oh yeah, I got a shiny new 240v outlet that sits in wait for my EV charger to come.

Here's the bonus. I had a light switch dimmer that wasn't working in one of our bedrooms. When I told him about it, he asked if he could take a look. He quickly tested it and found that the switch was defective. He pulled out a brand new dimmer from his car and installed it for me. What a guy.

MK Electric provided outstanding service! I called them to unwind a bad oven installation performed by a handyman. The licensed electrician, Min, was warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Once he had the oven out, he quickly identified that not only were the wires not connected right by the handyman, the connections were not secured in a metal box for fire protection. Well, Min didn't waste any time fixing it all. Once he was done, the new convection oven fired right up and was ready for use.

MK Electric charged us what they quoted for the service call, which we thought was competitive and quite reasonable for a competent, licensed electrician. They didn't even charge for the parts they installed to fix the fire hazard. Awesome company and great service overall.

We will definitely be working with Min and MK Electric going forward. We intend to call upon them for all our properties' electric work. They're quick, professional, and most importantly, they're competent (in our experience) which is priceless.

Min was so great to work with! He helped us out by installing a new electrical panel to support our new HVAC unit we had installed. He was always prompt, reachable, and overall an excellent electrician to work with. He also helped us update our wiring inside the house with new ethernet and coaxial cables. I found Min here on Yelp and decided to contact him based on the other reviews and the fact that he was local. I requested a quote through the ""Request a Quote"" button, and he got back to me right away. I called and got the appointment--as he said he had to see it first to provide an accurate quote--and he came out when he said he would. He was super courteous and knowledgeable about what I wanted done. It wasn't a difficult job--converting a light to an outlet and then installing a light fixture, both in the garage--but he was efficient and clean. His price was fair, and way below this other company I had called for a quote (they were going to charge me double!). It's nice to meet a contractor who knows what he's doing, and then just gets it done right, quickly and cleanly, with no hassle or fuss. Having dealt with a good number of contractors, it's great when you are able to find a good one. I'll definitely be contacting him again if I have any more electrical needs, and I'll be recommending him to family and friends. On top of all of this, he's a really nice guy! Give him a call!
