Good company if you don't mind them not showing up then re - scheduling you a week in the future...Then only to get a call that they can re schedule you again. How they advertise a 4.9 rating is beyond me.

Mr Sparky has failed to complete a job at my home after seven weeks since started. I paid in full at the start of the work and they have left the job incomplete since then. They will not respond to texts or calls or supply me with the detailed invoice I requested. I believe they overcharged me and know for certain that the job already paid for is incomplete and is causing my personal safety to be compromised because the incomplete part is a safety feature and required by code. My recommendation is that Mr. Sparky not only never be considered by a consumer and that their license to do electrical work in Travis county be revoked.

Writing this for my husband who had a really awesome experience with Mister Sparky, specifically Eric B who came out to the rescue and fixed all that needed fixing, was speedy with timing, professional and just all around awesome. My husband isn't one to too often hand out compliments and want to keep a business card, but he said for sure we will use this company and this guy for our electric needs. It's important to give credit when credit is due - so anyone looking for a reliable, good experience- call on Mister Sparky. Thanks again!

I have used Mr. Sparky since 2017 and placed a solid review for them then.
Called today for service and ""we don't subcontract"" was their mantra.
I will never understand the arrogance some companies display once their business is up and running.
In the beginning, they were hungry to serve. Now it seems they want to cherry pick their customers.

I believe I have reviewed Mister Sparky before but regardless, I was happy with his service, his price and his explanation as to what the problem was and how he proposed to fix it.

He was on time as promised. Only reason not a 5 star, no one if perfect, me included.

Can't say enough about this company which is fairly new to Georgetown. Met their time commitment, friendly, professional and years of experience as a Master Electrician. Work is guaranteed.
