Mark was my the mister sparky representative I was lucky to get him on short notice. This man was not only fast but extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am not at all savvy in anything that needs fixing and Mark was very calm in showing me what I needed to do if something went wrong . He up graded a subpanel on the house, set me up with a water timer for my pond , and installed a NEST security . He also replaced some light bulbs I could not reach for free. I would recommended Mark at Mister Sparky to anyone needing electrical services.

The guy who came out seemed nice enough. However he asked multiple times if I was interested in solar and if I'd like information from their solar partner. I answered each time that I was not interested. Even after this, I received calls and a voicemail from their solar partner the very next day. Definitely turned me off.

Hired them to do some work. Somehow the final bill was over $1000 more than originally quoted which I ended up paying as it wasn't worth my effort to dispute this. I noticed shortly after the completion of the work that the work was not completed per code and that they used low voltage brackets to house high voltage wire rather than a junction box in blatant violation of national electric code. Not only could this be quite dangerous, the cost saving is literally less than a dollar for the job by doing this.

Called these guys out after seeing them at a recent home show. We had some outdoor receptacles that needed to be brought up to code. Service was fast and friendly. Rob did a great job at explaining pricing and what he would be doing. He explained everything step by step and even fixed a loose connection we had, in the kitchen. These guys install confidence !! We will be calling them for our next electrical project.

Very unhappy!!! I had an electrical panel that needed replacing, and PG&E turned off the power to my home due to safety concerns. I drastically began my search to find an electrician. The first to answer the call was this company. The electrician that was sent out within the hour was awesome. However, the manager arranging the work and the pricing came off as cavalier and greedy. With my lack of knowledge and desperation I felt I was being taken advantage of, but I wasn't certain. Soon, three electricians from separate companies responded. They gave me free quotes that were less than double of what this manager was trying to charge, and they offered the same 5 year guarantee on labor with a 25 year parts warranty. I reneged with this company but was charged a convenience fee for their quick response within the hour of my emergency. However, I felt taken advantage of and deceived. I knew the meaning of price gouging but now thanks to this manager I was exposed to it, first hand. I chose an electrical company out of the three and saved $1,500.00. I would never had wrote this if I didn't feel so strongly about being mishandled by this company. This is one company that Mista Spark!

We learned about these guys when we were having solar installed at our home. Mr. Sparky was the electrician that helped us with some additional electrical power to one of the outbuildings. They were on-time, professional, and fast. When the trench they dug for the new service necessarily cut through our driveway, they quickly patched that part so it wasn't a safety concern. When I asked them to drop a phone line in the same trench, they cased it conduit and got it done without a hassle. They communicated with us each step of the way and alerted us when there was a rain delay. Overall, a great experience.
