Iris M.Just called to get service for a commercial property - they're not available until 7:00 p.m.??? I would think they would have someone that could handle an emergency.
Company is a complete sham. Electrician came out to diagnose power out in a couple of rooms, charges me $186 for diagnostics and proceeds to look in my panel , see some soot and recommend ainreplace my panel for $4k. Another electrical company comes and actually does a very thorough job troubleshooting problems with 2 circuit breakers and an overhead light with a short and fixed everything for the same $186 Mr Sparky charged for essentially a BS non-diagnosis. Don't go near this company if you want to keep the shirt on your back.
I had just moved to venice area, and purchased a home. I had called local cable provider, to get cable ran into 4 other rooms, since the house was not equipped with them. The guy came out and said he could not do it to call an electrician, so I called Mister Sparky, the guy came out immediatley the same day, and quoted me $2,100 to run 4 cables down the walls,no electric even being hooked up, and also suggested we needed a whole new electric box quoted me over $6,000. I though that was crazy, so I called cable company back, and the next day the guy came and ran all cables for $60..... Also called a local electrician and it was a few breakers that needed replaced. Total cost of less than $500... I hope they are not getting all the elderly on these prices...
Maureen G.We recently had Mr.Sparky come to do some electrical work .They gave us two very vague estimates .One was for over $7000 and the other was for $3600 .We called Rayco electric .They did the work for $393 and did it perfectly .Avoid Mr.Sparky they pad the bills of senior citizens
BEWARE! I am only giving them one star because it won't let me give zero stars. Be very careful. I had a switch for my kitchen lights that tripped a breaker when it was turned on. The guy who came went through a list of things he would have to do in order to DIAGNOSE the problem. He then handed me his electronic board for my signature without even quoting me a price. I asked how much all this would cost and he pointed to some very tiny print showing a charge of OVER $300. I declined and he asked for $69. I gave him his companies coupon and asked that he apply their $29 discount for service calls. Once again he pointed to very tiny print which indicated the discount only applied IF THEY GOT THE JOB! I threw him out and paid NOTHING! BEWARE.
Amy B.I am very impressed with the Technicians, Mike and Chris. First, they were on time!!! I received a phone call from Dena every day letting me know when the Techs would be arriving and if they were running late I would receive a call from the Techs. They were responsible for the rough-in of an entire condo. The job included updating and bringing up to code all wiring, receptacle boxes, running cable throughout even adding drops for additional lighting and ceiling fans. It was a challenging job but they stayed persistent and on task.

I feel like my house is going to light up from a spark, but they refuse to reassure me they performed the work as needed after verbally admitting they likely made a mistake and hide behind corporate excuses instead of taking a hit for the customer because the work ""passed inspection"" with NO HOMEOWNERS PRESENT. Be very careful with this company, you can likely do better!

Ann W.Do not use this company . They quoted us 1100 for a job that another electrician did for 350 . Right before Christmas ! Thankfully a good guy from a local business stepped in and asked an electrician what they should be charging for our job . Please get other quotes, this company gouges!
