Electrician did the job but it is very costly. It's so surprising to have 7 pendant lights installed for $1284. I opted for it since the person was here and I needed to get these lights installed. I asked for the invoice and received in 3 days later. The invoice noted 6 lights for 17-23 feet high and that was incorrect. So I called to speak to the manager and gave yet to hear back. I'm assuming that I was charged based on height since it was noted as such but can't confirm since I have not received a call back. I would not recommend this company. It took 10-15. Minutes to install the pendants and if you break it down, it's $170/ light for 10 minute install. Too expensive and my dining room lights are hanging at a slant! Electrician did not correct. Surge protection cost was way too much. We didn't opt for that. Cost would've been over $3k!

The electrician spoke to me like I was stupid and had no brain. He was extremely RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, and BELITTLING. I see now why women always want a man with them when calling any worker to your house, or buying a car. I waited all day for Mister Sparky to come because I lost power in my Master bedroom. I waited all day for him to leave without doing any work because he said he wouldn't touch anything without installing a new panel for thousands of dollars. I really felt like I was talking to a salesman and not an electrician.An hour later I called All Electric. They came that very day. They were excellent. They checked every electrical outlet in my room including the ceiling fan to thoroughly diagnose the problem. Found out it was the wiring connected to the ceiling fan that was causing the breaker to trip. He fixed it and installed my new ceiling fan, too. I felt so happy with All Electric work. They were kind, professional, and skilled. The price was extremely reasonable. I have few companies that I give five star ratings to, they are All Electric, Chick Fil A, and Publix. These are the companies I walk away from feeling happy, appreciated, and like my money went to the right company.

This company must be run by a bunch of crooks. I contacted Mister Sparkey for an estimate to install 2 ceiling fans. The electrician shows up and first wants to inspect my electrical panels. He claims the one outside has a surge protector in the box and it will blow in 10 years if I don't have them take it out. Basically he's using scare tactics to try and sell me things I don't need. Keep in mind my house was built in 2020. Now on to the estimate for the fans. He says this was a ""complicated"" job because my lights weren't meant for ceiling fans. Quoted me a price of $724! Needless to say I said no thanks and sent him on his way. Contacted a local electrician in my town and they charged me $200(includes warranty on any electrical issues). They told me this was an easy job and they constantly hear horror stories about Mister Sparkey. In my opinion the owners should be thrown in prison for trying to take advantage of people. Avoid at all costs if you care about your money!

I called yesterday and they were able to send someone out the next morning(today). My tech Varick was right on time and explained everything that he was looking over and what he would need to do to fix it. The quote he gave me was also MUCH cheaper than I was expecting. Service was excellent and after completing the work he made sure to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be working with them again with my next project.

These guys .... were great! I highly recommend them if you are in need of a good electrician. From start to finish, and top to bottom, they took care of what I needed. I called them up, requesting a quote, the woman was very responsive to my needs, and they were able to meet my request for the appointment that I wanted, After that Adrian Unda showed up at my house in a timely manner, and took care of ALL of my concerns. I was having issues with my garage lighting and garage door, as well as my outside floodlights needing to have to be tested and prepped for Ring Installations. Adrian helped with my Garage and sorted out the flood lights. He also gave me an estimate for some upcoming electrical projects I need and want to have done, (which I thought was a little pricey); however the work he already did for me was reasonably priced, and I believe the quality of service Adrian performed is worth the price for the upcoming projects. So in short .... I will for sure be using this company again.

Called Mr. Sparky today, Wednesday, December 16th to help with some wiring in our home. We were told someone would be able to come out same day for a free estimate.

Someone did come out quickly, his name was Joseph. After assessing our home, Joseph told us that he couldn't fix our wiring because our breaker panel was ""burned"" and needed to be fixed immediately or ""bad things can happen"". He also told us we needed surge protection because come 2021 that all houses will need it legally and continued with his sales rant. He then proceeded to tell us that everything would cost $3,500 - $4,000 to replace!? Lol he was funny. We politely declined. He then told us that we could call someone else but it wasn't safe and our breaker panel could catch on fire.

After all of this, Joseph said his ""free estimate"" was originally $298 but he would take $98. We mentioned the free estimate. He then said he has a coupon to bring it down to $38. We again mentioned the free estimate. He decided he wasn't getting anywhere with us and left.

We called someone else same day and they told us our break panel was 100% fine and fixed the wiring that we originally wanted for $125. Moral of the story, Mister Sparky is a typical business that lies to people and over charges for problems that are not even there.

I spoke to the rep who arrived on or about 9 pm and expressed my problem with the process and how emergency calls can't get a guaranteed time frame instead it was referenced as a if you can fit it in and are not booked up.

I understand time is money and you have to keep techs gainfully employed but your process should allow for emergencies calls.

The reps who finally show up are professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Your call center personal are also professional and great listeners.

The problem is the calls per tech, availability, and managing the customers expectations through to the end. That is where as far as I'm concerned you fell short.

Your company was selected because of your reviews and I understand that sometimes things happen. So I placed this review to inform people that it happened and if it was a one time thing it will not mean anything. However if it's not a one time thing and it's not fixed this may help others.

Don't use this company. I set an appointment between 12 and 4. My phone started ringing off the hook at around 10AM. They finally left a message saying tech was available early and if I wanted him to come to call them if not they'll call around noon. At 10:20 I got a text that tech was on the way. I text n called and while I waited for a response he knocked on my door. Told him he had to come back at appointed time because I was working. He comes back for installation of ceiling fan and a plug. He was more interested in doing an ""inspection"" of the boxes. Took pictures and told me I needed both boxes replaced, had 2 estimates. Told him won't happen today and asked for copies to be emailed. Ceiling fan and plug installation cost 281.00, never supplied the receipt and never supplied the estimates for the much needed electrical boxes. Will not be doing anymore business with this company and suggest people go elsewhere!!
