My house got struck by lightning and the next day I gave Mr Sparky a call. They sent out Dave to assess the damage. He was very knowledgeable about the damage and was informative about what needs to be done moving forward. My main breaker needed to be replaced and corrected. Dave came back and was able to do this for me in a timely and professional manner!! I will certainly be calling back Mr Sparky for any future electrical issues. I was very grateful that they were able to respond to my concerns so quickly! You know when people say, ""I got a guy!"" about someone they trust? Well now, as a new home owner, I can proudly say ""I got a guy"" if any of my friends have electrical issues. Thank you Dave!!!!!

Greg is a superior, highly qualified electrician who completed a major job replacing a 30 circuit panel and several other major electrical jobs in my home. He was extremely polite, on time (always called when he was on the way) and highly knowledgeable in his profession. He did everything very neatly and made sure everything worked properly. We walked around and he showed us that everything worked. We are very pleased with the work that was done. Everything looks like new! We highly recommend Greg and Mr. Sparky of New Orleans and will use them again when needed without any hesitation!

They were great. My service guy Jesse Guidroz was on time, calle dbefore he came, prepare, knowledgeable, polite, and just a good guy to have working on your electrical stuff. He was honest and helpful. Really you could not ask for more. I recommend Mister Sparky for your electrical needs. I live in Mandeville, LA. I was in a jam and needed someone quick. Every other electric place was going to be 3-4 days til someone could see me. They came the day after I called and squeezed me in. I will use them again and I will ask for Jesse. He is my electric guy from now on! Honestly, I will all home service people I called were as professional and good as Jesse.

Yesterday 8/17/17, was my third time using Mister Sparky. I had interior and exterior work done. The electrician I had to come out was named Jeremy. Jeremy came out the first time and I requested him ever since. This young man is very professional, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and respectful.

I deemed ( Jeremy) to be very honest, plus, he explained what can be done and what can't. I have not had any problems with any of the work he has performed. Some products were expensive , but you get what you pay for.
I felt comfortable with him in my home, he does not leave a mess and he leaves the option of calling him if something was to go wrong. I have never used the option.

The staff is always accommodating, and the manager is top of the line. If I could give Mister Sparky of Metairie a 10 star I would. Oh and no matter what question I asked Jeremy answered to the best of his knowledge. What I liked was that Jeremy is a company man, and holds his manager in high esteem. That says a lot.
