I spoken to Michelle the day before I had requested service. She was very nice and understanding of my situation but it was close to closing hours. When ""Mister Sparky"" got back with me the next morning, they left me a text message telling me my appointment was between 8AM- 12PM. I then called the dispatcher after 1PM and he said my appointment was between 11AM - 1PM. I waited all day and to get another call or text message that they were coming and I never heard back from them again. I then sent them a ""you should be ashamed of yourselves"" message on Thumbtack and again, nothing. Not even a simple apology.

The service requested was not promised as you can see in my picture. The quality is unethical and unprofessional and the value of this company lacks thereof.

BEWARE OF THIS RAGGEDY COMPANY! GO ELSEWHERE! YOU'LL BE SORRY!

I would give them zero stars if I could. They took advantage of my 90 year old mother. They charged her an outrageous amount of money and now the breakers are constantly tripping. I have to reset a breaker at least once a day. Shame on you, ""Mr. Sparky"".

I called this company to come check a power outage in the lower level of my house. I received 4 quotes ranging from $7700 to $2100 (which is ridiculous) for circuit restoration to a whole rewiring from the technician Eddy. I was also told that I needed a new panel. I felt that the quotes were extremely expensive, so I got a second opinion from another company. I am glad I did! There was no need for those other services that I was given, just wasn't necessary. I believe this company (Mister Sparky) was out to make money, just to get money. I will never patron with this company or refer them. Thank you for that learning lesson though.

My name is Barbara Price Jordan and we live in college Park Georgia we had Mr sparky to rewire our electrical panel a breaker box less than 30 days ago and today being the 9th of January we have a lower house in the complete dark I called Mrs sparky's Marietta location got three agents The first two agents the first agent was so rude I couldn't believe so here I am in bed in the dark with the leg injury and asked Mr sparky to constant somebody out only thing they would do was quote me prices and say they have open appointment for January 10th or January 9th could not get anybody out what January the 9th or January the 10th could not get anybody out Call the city of college Park they said this is a urgent nature that we fix this problem tried to reset the breaker several times flick back out like a lights like like a lighter switch so I've gotten hung up for Mr sparky twice put on hold for left for more than for more than 10 minutes each call No supervisor has called me back yet this is the things we get for spending over 27,000 to have our breaker box rewired with Mr sparky rewired from the pole all the way to the house and the breaker box I urge everyone in Atlanta and the surrounding counties to never use Mr sparky electron for any kind of electrical work

If you want to deal with a company that do not know what they are talking about and likes to Contradicts Then you have found your business. Mr. Sparky is the worst that I have ever dealt with I should of read the reviews before dealing with them. We went from 50$ to 250$ on a call 10 mins before having to be at my residence. Now I waited all morning. I will never call them again. Thank you but no thank you

Came out to repair a GFCI issue, but didn't actually fix anything. Tried multiple times to contact them and no one ever called me back. Filed a CC charge back, avoid these clowns at all cost.

HORRIBLE communication. Agree with others...Would NOT recommend. Ended up canceling twice because the technician was super late and we had other appointments.

Similar to many other reviewer's experiences, I have nothing but negative results from work with this company.

Timeliness and any sort of actual concern in regards to their customers is just nonexistent. Absolute epitome of just willing to market to millions of clients and only worry about garnering a small percentage of their business.

We had a tree fall in our yard that pulled our overhead power line to the ground. We still had power but GA Power disconnected for safety reasons. I asked GA Power if I could just reattach the power line connection to our house and they said no, I needed an electrician with a valid license to fix what was a minor issue. I called Mister Sparky and they sent out an electrician who told me that I needed to replace my main electric panel, upgrade with an additional panel, replace all my smoke detectors with hard wired detectors and a few other miscellaneous items. He gave me a $17,000 estimate saying this was all necessary due to ""yearly"" building code upgrades and it would take 3 to 5 days. My house was built in 2006 so it's pretty modern for the neighborhood. The bill and the upgrade story sounded fishy so I called another electrician who straightened out the shielding pole and re-attached my power line for $850. He was done in 45 minutes, called GA Power and had my service restored 2 hours later.

Both my wife and I work from home, Mister Sparky took advantage of this by pressuring me to do upgrade work that was not required. Their electrician is either an outright liar or needs better training on electrical building code upgrades. Either way, he nearly cost me $17k for no reason.

I called Mister Sparky and asked to speak with the owner and have received no return call.

I will be reporting them to the Contractor's Licensing Board to file a complaint.

Mr sparky electricians are over charging for doing the minimum, and that's deceitful. I mean the work doesn't equal the pay. The man used a screwdriver to move a power cord from one machine to another, charged me $170, with a straight face, he didn't use any supplies, took him 30 seconds. I was watching. Blew my mind, no wonder people are getting so angry and doing stupid stuff.
Another man just replaced a $50 switch from my electrical panel, charged me $248, it took him 2 minutes, because he had to walk to the car to retrieve it.
They are taking advantage of people, why are they allowed to continue? This has to be against some kind of law and regulations.
