Not happy at all! I will not recommended it! I was without power for 2 months. Had to call my self to get my electricity turned back on! We now month 5th and their work again didn't pass inspection for the numerous times!!! On top of it they told me to change certain things that the inspector said I didn t need to change!! They just wants to Bill hight and don't know what they are talking about!

Mr. Sparky is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! The person that answered the phone, confirmed the appointment and the electrician who came to the house to look at our job were all very nice but....the prices they charge are HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! I called and told them that we had a small strip light underneath our kitchen cabinet that would work intermittently. They told me that there was a $60 call charge when I made the appointment, which I was fine with. Once the guy arrived and looked at the light for 10-15 minutes he said that the light (and all other strip lights under my kitchen cabinets) needed to be replaced. He then said that it would cost $2100 to do it!!! Of course, we replied with no thank you. As he left he handed us a $300 invoice which included the $60 call charge and a $240 diagnosis fee. I cant believe how this company takes advantage of unsuspecting people. The following day we hired another electrician to come and look at the light. In ten minutes the light was repaired and he charged us a total of $80. Our advice is to stay clear away from Mr.Sparky as we learned first hand that they are a TOTAL RIP OFF.

Attempted to contact this company numerous times to do an estimate for some repair work. Received one initial e-mail and nothing after that - poor communication. Tried to give them the benefit of a few days and due to time sensitivity had to make arrangements with another company. After the wasted time and effort would not recommend if they can't even reply to simple e-mail requests and provide some level of good customer service.

I had Larry out to my home because I was having some lights flickering. I had set my appt for 12-3 and he arrived around 11am. I was so happy cause I know nothing about electrical and was scared. Larry went over all of my options with me and we decided to change out the panel so my family would be safe. He got started right away and stayed until 10pm to make sure that everything was completed! Thanks so much Larry!!

THEY LIE!!! They do not keep appointments and DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. Mis-managed business and not trustworthy.
Best to deal with a local, smaller shop that is eager for your business.
This place is not an efficient business and failed customer service model.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! We required service on Sunday to address a what we thought was a simple issue but turned out to have a larger underlying cause. We needed an entire new fuse box to replace a funky 20+ year old system. Our service tech Chris was wonderful! He diagnosed the problem, explained to us what the situation was in plain English and went about correcting things in a skilled and professional manner. I WILL BUCK THE TREND AND SAY THE TRUTH
Considering all the fabulous reviews Sparky of Fort Myers got I thought they would be a shoe in for my work. I had four or five boxes that needed to be replaced in a new knee wall. The salesmen asked me if he could look at my panel. I said sure. The next thing I know he is wiggling around my old breakers until he got one to arc by wiggling if. It was a small15 amp breaker to my bedroom. He nonchalantly said I can't put this back in, it is not safe, you need a whole new panel because 1 breaker is bad. I said who made you a Lee County Electrical inspector you have no right to make that call, You can turn me if you think it's that bad, but you have no right to kill the power in my house. I spoke to the manager and said to him you do not have permission to pull apart someone panels, receptacles, sub panels, etc unless you say first"" LOOK IF I FIND AN ISSUE I AM REQUIRED BY CODE TO PULL YOUR BREAKER AND YOU MAY HAVE NO STOVE, NO CENTRAL, NO REFRIGERATOR. Was I told this? NO. So they leave leavings my bedroom upstairs dark and telling me if I want power there I must pay them $5,000 for a new panel as 1 breaker was bad according to them, but it has worked for the past 15 years fine. I am in the property management business in New Jersey this is a smooth scam all done with smiles. BEWARE, I HAVE 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE TRADES, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.ITS 91 today and if I slept in a humid house at 91 humid degrees Sparky would tell me to pay them what they want or sweat old man.
Please just ask the smiley sales person, before you poke around and create a problem please warn me and tell me if you probe and find a bad breaker, receptacle, sub panel where there is a question as to whether or not it is safe, will you warn me first so I do not live in a home with no electric, and let the choice be mine not yours. I can tell you now the management will respond that they were flush with safety on their minds. That breaker has been in there for 30 plus years and never once caused me an issue. Beware of Sparky with his smiles and demeanor or you will see the sparks in your wallet. I paid the chap and I was told there was a mediator I could call if I was not happy who would intervene. I was given no number to call for this so called impartial mediator. Were the breakers unsafe, It has worked since 1974 and at the time Sparky sparked with it, it was fine.
