The sales person was great at first. I was promised that the install of the panel and ground wire would be done the same time or next day due to the time of the day and how long it took. I signed off and then the next day I see they did not do the lighting ground wire. I called Mr Sparky and asked why and when? Simple right?? I was told the manager Michael would call me back, never called me back for 5 days now . I called the sales person Mr Brown and he said if it was his job (installing it) he would of done it the same day and that the installer Jesus should of done it. I spoke to the sales man one more time who told me he would try and get a hold of his manager because he has not been able to get a hold of him all day? When I called today again to get a time when the ground wire would be installed that had to go through Michael again? I asked for a email so I can show I have been trying to resolve this since Saturday? They can not give out a email address (Joe who answered the phone) only Michael can do that? Really?! They can not even give you a correct invoice??? The only saving grace I have is if the sales man comes through and straights this all out or Grant the installation manager may be able to get it installed or some kind of communication from the manager Michael. I would never use or recommended them for any jobs! Seniors beware! Stay away!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Had them come out for a consultation in late May or early June to check out the electrical work done on my home that we recently purchased August of 2019. I believe his name was Brock. They brought up some issues and told us they fixed them as well as installed a surge protector, and told us if anything in our home was to blow out, they insured them. Middle of July a $400 tv in our home blows out, then a few days later our $200 pool pump blows out. Called the company and Brock come back out and told us it was a fluke, that it's strange that this occurred. The company does little to nothing to recover the costs for the new tv and pool pump we had to purchase. They told us if we purchased a generator through them, which had been our plan, they would take some money off that. Since we had been led to believe that these would be insured if they blew out that's not what we were expecting. That's not the terms we agreed to when we agreed to pay the $3000 to install the surge protector and use your company for our electrical needs. The even bigger issues occurred today as basically all the electrical wiring in our house has gone off. Our air conditioner is not working, our lights are flickering in every room, our fridge and cable are turning themselves on and off on their own. And the icing on the cake, our water pump blew out. Our $1800 water pump. We are not connected to city water, we have well water. So now we have zero running water in our home. Cannot shower, cannot flush our toilets, cannot wash our dishes, cannot do our laundry. No air conditioning in Florida in the middle of August? Without the relief of a shower? Thanks Mr. Sparky! When calling their customer service line, we were told that there was nothing they could do. That we would have to call back in the morning and ""maybe"" they could send someone out to us as they have no appointments available. Although, we could pay them to come out for an emergency. I consider being without running water, air conditioning, functioning lights, and a refrigerator an emergency. Mr. Sparky doesn't! Not unless you plan on shelling out more cash to a company that doesn't follow through on promises that they've made to you as a customer. Their customer service is disgusting and legal action will be taken. Save yourself the headache and choose someone else. Their electricians have no idea what they're doing and you ultimately pay the price.

This company made me feel like my business and my satisfaction was important to them. They were professional and courteous.

Didn't come in a mask . Was pushy and loud, wanted to do way more work than was needed, called his boss who offered us a "" special deal"", and when said we wanted to other bids, he left. Would not recommend.

If i could give them a zero rating I would. The technician arrived much later than promised, literally by hours. He tried to up-sell us $350.00 for what should have been a $150.00 outlet. He then tried to sell us a complete breaker renovation for $1,000.00, proceeded to shut off all our breakers, even though he did no work, and now we have no internet. Avoid them at all costs.

In the past I have been very pleased with Mr. Sparky, NOT ANY MORE!
I have been waiting OVER TWO MONTHS for my battery to be returned for my generator. By the way, the generator is brand new and has NEVER been used yet. I even purchased it from them! I had to call them NUMEROUS times to ask about it, and when I FINALLY got a response, I was told that the regional manager would return my call, AND HE NEVER DID. When I called back YET AGAIN, I was told that the technician ""forgot about it"".
I finally got an appointment from them, and just wasted over two hours waiting for them, then they called and said that they couldn't make it!
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to get my battery back!

I don't know if the company was sold to someone else, but there customer service and promises are ridiculous!

I called several electricians to do work in my house and not one responded. Someone suggested Mister Sparky. They sent a technician named Cody. I am so happy I did! He was prompt, very knowledgeable, courteous but most important, did a fabulous job! Extremely neat too! I highly recommend this company....especially Cody!

Excellent service. I set up an appointment online and they sent a service technician right over. The technician was personable and professional. He diagnosed and resolved the problem promptly.

I had these people install a Ring Floodlight cam on my lanai, First time the unit wasn't properly secured to the concrete wall. The installer left a mess in my closet where he was working. On the second attempt to 'fix' the original installation, it looks like a handy man did the installation, not a professional electrician. And they charged me $700 for this folly! Now I'm forced to find someone who can fix this mess.

Very prompt. Glab one of their technicians has done work for us on multiple occasions. Always courteous and professional. Most importantly, thorough and does great work. If you need any type of electrical work, call them. Ask for Glab.
