In the past I have been very pleased with Mr. Sparky, NOT ANY MORE!
I have been waiting OVER TWO MONTHS for my battery to be returned for my generator. By the way, the generator is brand new and has NEVER been used yet. I even purchased it from them! I had to call them NUMEROUS times to ask about it, and when I FINALLY got a response, I was told that the regional manager would return my call, AND HE NEVER DID. When I called back YET AGAIN, I was told that the technician ""forgot about it"".
I finally got an appointment from them, and just wasted over two hours waiting for them, then they called and said that they couldn't make it!
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to get my battery back!
I am DONE with Mr. Sparky.
I don't know if the company was sold to someone else, but there customer service and promises are ridiculous!

I had these people install a Ring Floodlight cam on my lanai, First time the unit wasn't properly secured to the concrete wall. The installer left a mess in my closet where he was working. On the second attempt to 'fix' the original installation, it looks like a handy man did the installation, not a professional electrician. And they charged me $700 for this folly! Now I'm forced to find someone who can fix this mess.

Jesus came to our hoMe today to install a lamp in my master bedroom closet, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also installed a recess light in my master closet and it all looked so good that I decided to have him install 11 recess lights in my kitchen, breakfast nook and living room. Mister Sparky is unreliable, at best, incompetent more likely. And definitely unresponsive when there is a problem.

Today, I received an electrician from Sparky that he would be at my house in 15 minutes. Although, my scheduled appointment was from 2-6 , I assumed he was coming early. Though I had several things planned to do that morning, I shifted things around. After an hour, I called the electrician back, but my call went to voicemail. (He never called back. ) then I called Mister Sparky, but the lady who answered said she wasn't sure what the issue was. She said she'd check with the area supervisor and the electrician, and somebody would call back in about 15 minutes. (Nobody called.)

After another 45 minutes I called the company again. The new lady said she had no record of my call or the electrician's call to me. She continued to imply I was either stupid or lying, even after I provided her the electrician's phone number. Like the earlier lady I talked to she said someone would get back to me. Crickets so far.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Scare tactics!!!! I had them out for an estimate to relocate a GFI outlet in my master bathroom, and put a ceiling fan box in. The representative noticed my hot tub and said as a licensed electrician he is required to check out everything. He told me my hot tub is dangerous and I could be electrocuted- then asked to see the electrical panel - which he proceeded to pick apart (we just purchased and had our home inspection 3 months ago!) He had me terrified.
After that, he presented me with a quote for over $4400!
And told me I owed him $59 for his estimate. THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED when I set the appointment, received the email or text confirmation
Just be sure to do your homework- and get a few estimates.
