Great communication, phenomenal electricians and a great value. Scheduling was a breeze and they actually showed up on time. Kevin and Angel went right to work and Kevin explained the entire process every step of the way until job completions. Lights. Dimmers. High hats. Surge protectors. The whole 9 yards, all perfect, neat, and clean. There are in my ""book"" now.

Called in the morning to have 2 ceiling fans installed they waviered the trip fee, said they would be there between 2 and 6. Arrived at 4 and completed the job in two hours. Ryan O'Sullivan was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable!. Great personality and shared information willingly. I've only heard good things about this company and Ryan proved what I heard was correct! Will use again when necessary.

We had lightning hit our home and it took out our lights. Once we got our lights back on we realized it took out our power on one side of our house that never came back on. So we hired Mr. Sparky. They came fixed. Everything promptly looked inside our circuit breaker and noticed that it had been burnt. Unfortunately for us we had to buy a new circuit breaker but they did an awesome job. They were all very professional. It took quite a while for them to install it which is normal. It's a big job, every technician that came in our door was so professional very courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

We hired Mister Sparky to fix a door bell the next day it did NOT work I called and emailed for help never heard back had to hire someone else then I asked for a refund of $216 which we paid in full and have NOT received any answer Do NOT use this company.

they charge $89 to go out to my property and looks around for 5 mins and tells me its going to cost $733 to do diagnostics. I asked how long its going to take and he said it could take 2hrs or 2 days. he doesn't know till he starts. I asked if he could do it hourly and he said he can't. How am i going to pay someone a flat rate when the work might not justify the cost. Total rip off. Don't use this company. There are so many other people that actually care about the service they do.

I needed a licensed électrician to switch out three light switches and two wall outlets , I provided the parts. I would normally do this simple job myself, but was required to hire an electrican per a real estate sales contract.
Mr. Sparky understood the job requirements. They sent out two electricians for this simple job. Unbielivably, they quoted a price of $ 1,250.00. I told them ""no thank you, way over priced"". I hired another large electical contractor who sent out one electrician. It tookthis excellent electrian one hour and twenty minutes to complete the job. The cost was $210.00. Be carefull which elecrical contractors you hire.

My appointment was scheduled 11am-2pm. Nobody showed up until after 3:30pm. Then he tried to tell me that the on-time guarantee is only for repair work. I'm sorry, when ""America's On-Time Electrician"" is in your logo and part of your guarantee says, ""You're busy, and your time is valuable. So, having to wait for any service contractor isn't acceptable. We want you to know that we value your time as much as we value our own. We know that there's nothing worse than waiting all day for an electrician to show up. You can count on Mister Sparky®, America's On-Time Electrician®!"" you better deliver on that promise. Not only did he show up over an hour after the 2pm drop-dead time, he said it was too late in the day to do any part of the job and that he'd have to come back the next day. My wife and I both stayed home and kept our infant son out of daycare so we could be home to handle this appointment and now it's completely wasted and I'll have to stay home again another day. On top of this, I'm told that you won't live up to your promise and make the work free, or even heavily discounted. On top of this, he tried to tell me that the customer service person I spoke to earlier on the phone did not say that the service was going to be free because of the late arrival even though she 100% did. Horrible customer service and experience.

We hired Mr Sparky to put new service in our home, the projected stared on March 6 and wasn't completed till April 12 due to incompetence of this company.
It started with them misplacing the paperwork we signed to file county permits which set us behind 2 weeks. They failed to properly coordinate with Florida Power and Light which set us back another 2 weeks and then when the county come to inspect it failed n the inspection due to line not ran deep enough, wrong thickness of conduit and not running a ground wire.
They charged me for material not used and when I brought it to the managers attention he said he would take it off my invoice bit failed to follow up with accounting so we are still trying to get our bill corrected.
I gave this a one star only because I had to to post this review

We have just wasted three days waiting for Mr Sparky. We had an appointment. They didn't show. We were rescheduled- they didn't show again. We were rescheduled a third time - and they didn't show.
What kind of a business does that? Do not even bother with them!

Outrageously over priced. Knowledgeable but still don't believe that the price quoted was justified.
