Quoted $700 for installation of new toilet. Toilet seat had to be adjusted after two days. Then was loose again. This time I looked to see what brand it was. Project Source exclusive sold at Lowe's. Went to Lowe's and found same toilet for $99? Called them back and requested removal and money refunded due to seat having to keep being adjusted. Had to schedule a manager to come over for that. He tried to tell me about another toilet he had on his truck. I said no, just remove because the office was already working on my refund. Refund was posted to the finance account with Synchrony in a couple of days.

Not really sure how to rate this company. The original call was fantastic, they scheduled us right away seemed to have good rates. Then the day arrives for our appointment, I have a random missed call no message left, no email, and no text. Wait all day and finally call them after the service window, the technician got sick which is understandable. They needed to reschedule which might have worked if they had informed up. The big issue was the lack of communication and the wasted 4 hours of waiting for them to arrive. And now we still don't have our electrical issues fixed and are looking for a new company.

Only getting a two star because the phone staff were polite.

Panama City Hurricane victim gets ripped off by Mr Sparky Niceville.

I used them to replace my service after hurricane Michael, they gouged me on price customary should have been between 1600.00 and 1800.00 they charged 2451.00. They did not permit the work so the city will not come inspect and gulf power will not reconnect my power. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED THAT THEY RIPPED ME OFF THEY SAID OH WE WILL GET A PERMIT. In the mean time it is 34 degrees out and I do not have power! I would not recommend any one overpay to receive such inferior service.
