We had power loss on monday evening and called Mr Sparkey. Terry Hines came out at 8:00 tuesday morning. We need a new breaker box. He said tech would come out by 1:00. At 1:15 we called and let him know we had not heard from tech yet. He stopped what he was doing and came back and installd the panel himself. Talk about total customer service. Being 12 days out of surgery power is very important. Terry is the best.

Called them out to look into a weird electrical problem where the service kept going out in some parts of the home. They charged OVER $500 to come out and do an estimate - which was for $12,000 for new electric service for both the exterior box and the 150 amp service panel in the garage. Had a friend come over and he found a loose wire in the exterior box. Called Henry Brothers electric and asked them to look at both the exterior box and the garage panel - - they charged NOTHING for the estimate call.. and then replaced only the exterior box for $1200. - said the 150 amp panel was fine.

Wow is all I can say from the moment they arrived it that clean shiny red van . He hopped from his van tool pouch in hand. His uniform was starched and pressed to the nines. He introduced himself and explained the reason and the process of the surface call. We walked through my home. We booked guaranteed services through Mr Sparky here in South Daytona. They called at 4pm to tell us they could not make it and would like to rebook for Tuesday! Note that is was Thursday and that's 5 days away! So much for that guarantee. They did not honor there own promise, buyer beware!
