It took multiple electricians to complete the job and almost an entire year to complete the inspection.

I received a quote for a car charging system to go in my garage. I waited all morning and called and they said that the tech, Jesus was stuck on a job and would be at my home  between 2-5. He never showed up. I called again and they said that Jesus wasn't feeling well and they needed to reschedule. The next time frame on another day was between 2-5. I got a call from Jesus on the scheduled date at 2:30  that they cannot do the job at the price quoted that the cable used in the estimate is 7 ft. and my job is 15 ft, and they wanted $500.00 more. Jesus said that he has never had this problem before and has been with the company 10 years and the manager is on vacation and another manager will not honor the written quote. The dispatcher said that he had a sore throat and needed to go home. Jesus said he hurt his foot. Mr Sparky has what looks like a great reputation. But they certainly messed up with me. I do not recommend Jesus to write up a quote and will never use them.

The technician broke my mirror and said they would make it right. Dino the manager has been promising my refund has been approved for over 90 days and nothing ever comes from their accounting department. Avoid them like the plague if you are smart.

He evaluated the panel and gave us the reasonable estimate and we agreed to give the job.
Michael is very technical and professional and very respectful. He did a great job and we are very pleased the way he installed the unit.

I recommend any one who need any electrical services and Michael will do a great job and you will be very pleased.

They were great in setting up an appointment, but they were a no show and still have not called me to follow up. The call got routed through a national call center and an appointment was scheduled. They said they would call when they were on the way, we waited for them all day and they never showed or called. I would move on to another local Electrical company if I were you.

ZERO STARS RIP OFF STAY AWAY! They tried charging me $11,000 to change my electric meter and change out the fuse panel. I then had 2 other estimates from small Jupiter area LICENSED electricians and paid $2800 including the Town of Jupiter permits! Please do yourself a favor and get other estimates before contracting with them.

Entered into contract with Mr Sparky of WPB on June 4th 2021. With main offices in Sarasota, it's difficult to reach anyone directly (Red Flag). Nearly 5 months have passed and they STILL HAVE NOT FINISHED.

FAILED INSPECTION TWICE & STILL HAVE NOT PASSED INSPECTION to date nearly 5 MONTHS LATER. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & CALL SOMEONE ELSE. These guys have no direct supervision when on site, there are no supervisors that are in charge. They come unprepared and trucks are not stocked with basic parts. Run...

i booked this service and got their name through angi. they promptly contacted me to schedule an appointment, and i had to wait a week before an electrican could install my two (2) ceiling fans. the schedule window was from 10am-2pm. the day of the appointment, they called at 11am and said they had to cancel the appointment and wanted to reschedule for a whole week later. the cancellation is because they had ""emergencies."" well, i'm a new customer, i cleared my work schedule, my time is money cuz i work straight commission, and so i lost a day's work. the moral of the story is ask the service prvider if you'll be canceled because they prefer to make more money handling emergency calls. when i've had an emergency, some places say ""were booked"" and they refer you elsewhere. evidently, mister sparky doesn't much care about their ""new customer"" referrals from angi. i reported to angi my customer experience, and they were disappointed and in disbelief. so beware, if you make an appointment, you may get cancelled without notice! oh, and they said a manager would call me back regarding my predicament. never called! oh, so i hired a licensed electrician, a buddy of mine, he came out on the following business day and i paid him $200 to install both fans instead of $245 per fan.

The ad says 24/7. I tried to schedule service on a Saturday and they said nobody works on the weekends. If nobody works on the weekends, why does your ad say 24/7? Maybe update the ad and I will update the review. People dont like misrepresentations, it causes us wasted time contacting you, whereas if your ad was correct in tje first place I could have simply moved on. This review is a result of wasting my time. You might even be good electricians, I don't know, but you suck at business and misrepresent your services.

My first request from Yelp was for an electrician that could help me with the bad lighting situation in the kitchen. Yelp gave me three choices of electricians which is recommended to get three estimates all three contacted me. Mr. Sparky came through from the beginning to the end.
Mr. Sparky gave me three estimates according to my budget and the time to get it done that same day. From the time they made the appointment to getting the job done, it was very professional and efficient five star best service I have received.
