Thermostat isn't getting power. Called Mr Sparky out for ""emergency service"" to have someone come down asap to diagnose and fix. No one showed up. No one called. Now my wife and I are suffering in an 85 degree stuffy house on a Sunday night and aren't going to be getting any good amount of sleep for a Monday morning. Unacceptable. Do not expect timely service. I have more than half a mind to refuse their service if they ever actually show up.

Very disappointed with this location. Had a whole house re-wire, thought they would be the best as had a positive experience in Miami, boy was I wrong. Over promised and under delivered. When our power was turned back on the surge burned out our garage door opener and our well pump. We were assured by Brandon that we would be reimbursed. Have followed up several times with the Brandon the branch manager and he has not responded. Be warned consumers

Do not hire this company! They are frauds. Jerry the ""tech"" came out to install my kitchen island light pendants. Not only were my pendants damaged, my drywall was ruined, and the light dimmer he installed was also installed incorrect causing flickering. This ""tech"" cut my pendants over 10"" above agreed to height! I was told someone else would come out to repair and they never showed up! The manager ""Carmen"" indicated I would get a full refund, and I have yet to be reimbursed. My emails are no longer replied to. I have this tech on camera lying to my face and clearly damaging my pendants and ceiling. This is very disturbing. Zero customer care. I have been taken advantage of as a woman! I will contact an attorney.
