We have had them out to our home a few times!
Around two years ago they told us the circuit breaker box was out dated and need to be replaced! They did that and charged us a lot of money! Two years later we have a home inspection, that failed for the box, due to double wire tapping!
They said they didn't do it, I said no, but however you left it that way and it's not to code! No problem Scott tells us I'm going to fix it!
So meanwhile after he was done with that a couple of hours later, we ask him for a quote for a few things that needed to be capped and boxed up in the attic! He's quote was $800.00!!!! LOL for three boxes! So he fixed the circuit box for nothing because that was the right thing to do and then he goes and try's to make up his money buy over charging us by at least $500.00 dollars???
I don't think so!
We cancelled the appointment and called

It's hard to review service, quality, and value for a company that never showed up within the 4 hour window appointment!! I requested emergency service on Saturday morning and was told someone would be here between two and six. The office called at 3:30 and said the electrician was running late on a job but would be here within the hour. Long story short, I never heard from them again!! Now I'm back to square one, but I certainly won't be hiring ""Mr. Sparky""!!

I made an appointment for Thursday. they call after the appointment time and said they are tied up, we will be there Friday. Friday came they said the technician is tied up , he can't make it till Tuesday. I will be first appointment on Tuesday. Tuesday came they said the technician is tied up, he may not be able to make it.

Mr. Sparky did a horrible job. The company changed all our breakers but installed the wrong ones. Talked us into getting a surge protector. And now our breakers keep blowing. we have no AC in our house because of the work they did. They charged us almost 6300.00. We had another company come out and give us a price. Frank Gay is the new company we are going with, they are going to fix everything Mr. Sparky did and upgrade our panel. If you have any electrical problem do not use Mr. Sparky, use Frank Gay. Calling my lawyer and Wesh 2 News to report them. So Sparky is coming back out today to supposedly fix the problem however in order to fix the problem correctly we will need 3 designated breakers and 3 designated plugs NOT JUST ONE. I also want 1000.00 of my money returned back to me in cash today for the pain and suffering from not having AC, use of computers with my daughter in online school, no phone, and no way to cook since the stove doesn't work either. I will also contact the BBB. Mr. Sparky is truly the Devil. DO NOT USE!! The company is refusing to correct ALL of their work and refusing to give me a refund. Issac lies and doesn't want to fix the house. So he is fixing one room and the other 8 rooms are still lacking electricity and breakers. everything in my home worked prior to the coming to my home.

I called and set an appointment for the next day 8am. They called and said we'll see you at 9:30, then another call became 11, then became 12 then another cal to reschedule completely. Ridiculous.

I put 1 star so u would pay attention. first visit I had Mike. estimate cost 158.00. he did work I did not want done. billl 500.00. 2 more visits to fix the work he screw ups-no charge. ask for Shane. honest, did other work for me and fixed Mike's mess ups. I would highly recommend shane.Leesburg,fl and surrounding areas fast,good service

Completely terrible work. First time i called them for outlets not working. They charged me $350 and didn't fix them. The next guy shows up stating the whole house has to be rewired. Mind you these outlets have been working previously. Called back finally got a third tech to fix the outlet causing problems. They had terrible reviews but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt.
I then called them for a barn hay storage storage and a senior living space. The work done was not what I was expecting.
Not up to code at all. Charged me for a permit and never got one. Outlets are too high, some are in the corner so drywall can't even go in. Wires passing over 2x4 notched in some places not in others and no metal plate covering wires. 220 for stove is behind a door and under the window. No space for microwave vent. Was supposed to install 220 for Ac in both spaces but did not do that. Charged me 40k for terrible work. Won't call me back or even return to fix work. Asked for a price breakdown on what I paid for. Given the run around. Now radio silence. I waited before posting this trying to give them an opportunity to make things right. No one not even the general manager or regional manager will call me back. Let several messages for them.
Don't use them. They will not show you the contract and make you sign on the iPad and tell you they will email you. The work on email did not match up to what I was told I was paying for.
I can't emphasize how dissatisfied I am with their service and disappointed with upper managements lack of care to even give me a call back. Even if it is to say sorry we aren't fixing it.

Pretty disappointed in the service. The guy spent a couple of hours trying to figure out how to get our street light fixed. Said it would cost us $3000 to run a new line. Turns out all that was needed was a new $60 fixture.

So much for hiring a ""professional"".

Never called this company. They gave me a quote for water softener power issue $.941.00 and next day I called other company, they fixed my issue $.75.00
