Razeena S.Completely terrible work. First time i called them for outlets not working. They charged me $350 and didn't fix them. The next guy shows up stating the whole house has to be rewired. Mind you these outlets have been working previously. Called back finally got a third tech to fix the outlet causing problems. They had terrible reviews but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt.
I then called them for a barn hay storage storage and a senior living space. The work done was not what I was expecting.
Not up to code at all. Charged me for a permit and never got one. Outlets are too high, some are in the corner so drywall can't even go in. Wires passing over 2x4 notched in some places not in others and no metal plate covering wires. 220 for stove is behind a door and under the window. No space for microwave vent. Was supposed to install 220 for Ac in both spaces but did not do that. Charged me 40k for terrible work. Won't call me back or even return to fix work. Asked for a price breakdown on what I paid for. Given the run around. Now radio silence. I waited before posting this trying to give them an opportunity to make things right. No one not even the general manager or regional manager will call me back. Let several messages for them.
Don't use them. They will not show you the contract and make you sign on the iPad and tell you they will email you. The work on email did not match up to what I was told I was paying for.
I can't emphasize how dissatisfied I am with their service and disappointed with upper managements lack of care to even give me a call back. Even if it is to say sorry we aren't fixing it.
Pretty disappointed in the service. The guy spent a couple of hours trying to figure out how to get our street light fixed. Said it would cost us $3000 to run a new line. Turns out all that was needed was a new $60 fixture.
So much for hiring a ""professional"".

customer service and setting appointment very good. i thought the price charged was excessive. 30 minute service call to require MY gfi outlet $350. Took three days to have a manager call to discuss and was told electric very expensive. would not recommend or use for other projects.
I was referred to them trough Home Advisor and no one ever got back to me.
Robin O.I would give them less than one if I could. I had scheduled to have them replace a light fixture in one of our rental units. They sent several texts confirming the time. I arranged it with my tenant and even called them back to let them know that the time scheduled was good and the tenant would be there. The day of the appointment, they sent yet another text, but I was busy working and failed to hear the notification. A little while later after I noticed the text. I responded to it, and then never heard another word back. A couple of hours later, I called their office to make arrangements for payment. I was told that the technician canceled because I did not respond to the text. This company needs to learn how to pick up a damned phone and call. I was livid after my tenant made arrangements to stay there to let them in. This is not acceptable business practice, and I will never allow them near a property of mine.
Carl F.After several misconceptions via email it turned out to be about a week to get in their schedule. Then, when finally scheduled they could only give me a four-hour window (too long, in my opinion).
I reluctantly agreed.
Then, about 30-minutes before the scheduled service window, Mr. Sparky called to cancel, citing other unspecified ""emergency calls."" Sparky then offered to waive the service call fee to make up for inconvenience their cancellation caused (although no service fee was ever agreed to ahead of time). This token was meaningless, even disingenuous, inasmuch as they had already offered to waive visit and estimate fees if I was the actual homeowner.
Sparky then told me the next service date they could offer was six more days down the road.
Unacceptable.
I told the Mr. Sparky ""Sorry, but I was no longer interested in Mr. Spark's services.
I hope your Mr. Sparky experience is better than mine.
These folks may be good electricians, but in my view they are not very good in Customer Service. In sum, I did not spark with Mr. Sparky.
John K.They showed up on time. Polite and efficient. The repair job was less expensive than I expected. I would use them again. The only complaint is that the technician didn't wear a mask. However, he kept a safe distance from me. Definitely dependable.
