Unprofessional and unreliable company. We hired them to install our car charger and now every outlet on the backside of our garage no longer works. We asked them to come back out and take a look at it and the first time they didn't even show up at the scheduled time. They then showed up a few days later and tried to charge me $375 just to see what was wrong and claimed it was an unrelated issue

Absolutely the worst! After flood damage, we were told it would be 48k to rewire a 1500 square foot home. All others quoted less than 20k.

Don't use this company period!!!!!!! This company not only works in Tampa but services Ocala as well.
I live in Tampa and own a rental property in Ocala. I needed a quote for an electrical line run. The guy scheduled the appointment on the wrong day to begin with, and knew my girlfriend was driving up to meet them. I talked to them in morning and confirmed someone would be coming. They said, ""I just talked to the technician and he will 100% be there before 4:00PM. They called at 3:00PM and said, ""never mind no one is coming."" No, "" we are sorry let us make it up to you, ""sorry for the inconvenience"", etc. Nothing!! Zero!!! What a horrible way to do business. There are plenty of other reputable electricians in the Tampa Bay/Ocala area so use them!!

Showed up without calling ahead and said his phone wasn't working. Funny thing is it worked when his buddy called. Also, tracked in dirt. Then yikes! Can you say HIGH??? To do work for one hour and fifteen minutes, with me supplying all but two switches cost me over $1,400. Ridiculous! Taking clear advantage of the customer.

Mr. Starky States they didn't need a Pasco County permit but it was required and did thw work without one. I reported it to Pasco County Compliance division. They charged over $1,600 for installing a 50 amp male receptacle. I regret using them as the parts were a plug, a small interlock piece of metal and a few pieces of Hardware ... all together the parts can be bought on Amazon for approximately $100. I estimated approximately 2 hours of work and another chunk of time trying to push me to buy warranty plans and equipment I didn't want nor pressured on. I have all the details to show the pricing of things I didn't want to hear about. I wanted a simple plug basically, and was pressured to spend up to $3-$4 THOUSAND DOLLARS...and I just wanted a plug which did require a permit that they said wasn't needed. I hope this helps other buyers ... I wish I knew what I was getting in ... Buyers Beware, You have now been advised.

I'm a senior. Lost power from a main breaker. It cost me 190.00 just to come out and look at it. Then he tells me it will be 9000.00 to repair. Gave me 2 other quotes also. 8000.00 and 6000.00. I live in Florida and have no power or 6000.00 to have a new breaker box put in. And am 190.00 less now just for them to come. I would not recommend Mr Sparky to my worst enemy.

I had the power go out for the kitchen stove and selected this company because they had a $77 coupon against service fees. The technician came out and looked at the outlet and the circuit breaker in the house. The power was good on the breaker but not on the outlet. I had already checked both. He then said it would be a $216 diagnostics fee. Since I thought it was in the wiring and had the coupon I agreed. He then went out the back door to another breaker box on the back of the house I didn't know was there and reset the breaker there. I think he knew the breaker box would be there. So the company gets you to sign something for a $216 diagnostics no matter what is wrong. With the coupon I paid about $139 for no real diagnosis and less than 20 minutes of his time. After he left I called another company, AND Services, to see if this was common practice. They said no that they would come out for no charge and then based on the problem give me an estimate. Use AND Services and stay away from this company.

My mother lost half the electricity in her home. I called and got a service tech that came out the next day. MIke was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to my mother and then again to me when I arrived. He went into detail about what was needed and worked with what we could afford.
