The highest most ridiculous quote given for the job required. Never again will I ever call on a Mr. Sparky. I tried to be fair by having the supervisor or manager call me and review the quote to see if the estimator did an error and never heard back.

Do not use them! Do not use them! Do not use them! Very unprofessional. They make promises they cannot keep and you end up wasting time waiting for them. I have tried for three days to set up an appointment. On each occasion, they have confirmed but canceled at the last minute. (They say they called and left a message, but it is all lies. ) This means that I am now without the timed lightning I thought they would be able to quickly install. I should have looked for another company when they canceled the first time, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I am paying for it. So don't do what I did and waste your time sitting around waiting for them to show up. Yes. They will tell you that they will come anytime between morning and late afternoon. This means that today I spent the whole day waiting for them only to learn at 6:00 pm, that they were not coming and could they reschedule for another day. They talk the good talk but don't walk the walk. It is probably best that they did not come. I see it as a divine sign that they don't know what they are doing and would have probably done awful work. Look for another company with a record of success and not two-three stars!!!! They have two-three stars for a reason. I learned this the hard way.

This is a follow up to my extremely low rating and poor review of Mr. Sparkly cancelling my service to accomodate another for financial benefit to their organization. Apparently, this organization has no clue how to care for customers.
I received a response stating ""Customer Satisfaction is Our number 1 Goal ""If....I have not heard from management regarding my issue please call 813-328-2541. DAAA. Please explain to me why it is my responsibility to follow up on a poor review? Do you think this response was a sincere effort on their part to resolve this issue? I do not. This is why there is competition and I, and other people as well, have the ability through yelp to share my experience with any organization. I may never hear back from Mr. SPARKY but that would be what I would expect from my experiance so far. To be continued...
