This morning we had Allen and Pierre come to our house to install a fan in our bedroom. First they called and let us know what time they would be arriving and they were right on time which was perfect. These 2 gentlemen were very professional and courteous when the they greeted me at the door. They quickly assessed what they needed to do and provide me with an excellent quote. Throughout the installation they explained what they were doing in a detailed manner so my wife and I would have a full understanding. They worked fast and efficient and provide outstanding results. After they completed the installation they were kind enough to answer and other electrical questions I had and provide me with some safety regulations that we should address. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIERRE and ALLEN for any and all upcoming electrical work. These guys were a dynamic team that I will 100% be using again and will pass on to all family memebers and friends. Call mister sparky and ask for these guys you won't be disappointed I promise!

Mister Sparky is absolutely the greatest electrical company that has ever worked in my home! Allen and Pierre were so polite and professional. They walked me through the job that they were doing educating me throughout the entire thing. The power in my home was not working due to my panel burning, which caused a light to literally explode in my dinning room. Allen and Pierre fixed the problem and replaced my panel.When they were done they cleaned up everything and made it look as if no one had even worked at my home. Thank you Mister Sparky!

This company is amazing! The first thing you notice is when you call. ""How can I make you smile today?"" I was totally floored by that. Every person answering the phone seems happy to hear your voice. When I made my appointment they were prompt and professional when booking.

The service man, Yasser called me 30 minutes prior to hIs arrival to let me know he was on his way. It was shocking to have someone do that as I have grown a custom to the unprofessionalism that exists in the service industry here in Miami. When the service man arrived, he was clean, courteous, and careful...traits lacking here in Miami.

I explained what the problem was, and he addressed those concerns with great care and attention to detail. Yasser noticed other concerns and gave me options to decide how to best proceed. When the work was done, he went over everything in full detail and provided pictures. This is the company that is setting a platinum standard.

Very friendly reaponse on time , very careful guy but wanted ro charge 750,00 to install one outlet, 4 ft from panel .... have never seen such a ripoff.

Mr. Sparky is the best electricians I had the pleasure of doing business with. Chris Gomez came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call. He diagnosed the problem and showed me everything he was seeing so I understood. His crew came back on Monday morning and stayed until almost midnight so I could have power back in my home. The next day his team finished the job after 7p.m and cleaned up like they were never there. Chris took pictures of everything so I would have no problems submitting to the insurance company. It is rare to see this level of professionalism in Miami.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst COmpany I have Ever dealt with! They had me sit home ALL day on my day off! NEVER called NEVER showed and then wanted Me to wait Again the Next day! I had called around 2pm to see an estimated time! The guy told me they will call when they are on their way! So I waited to call back at 3:45 to ask what was going on, she told me they tried calling, which is False, I asked for a manager and was hung up on! Called back again talk to Manager and he did Nothing to accommodate us and said they are done for the day! I AM disgusted and WILL Never recommend this company to ANYONE!

I made an appointment to switch out a faulty outlet and check my kitchen outlets because they sometimes tripped. I wanted a quote to run a dedicated 20amp circuit for a new appliance.

The electrican showed up.. didn't even listen to my needs. Started quoted me ""big money"" to have a 400 amp service upgrade, and an new box. He said he needed to change a couple outlets in the kitchen and move the Tesla Charger down about 4 inches.

He gave us a funny $19,000+ quote, after making a slimy sales tactic call to his office in my kitchen in front of us to explain how bad it was. He gave the quote where EVERYTHING was overpriced to the point it was a joke.

On top of it.. he didn't take one minute to just check the outlet for why I called.

Yes, I do need to upgrade my box and system. No, I will not suggest anyone calling these guys, unless you have to get rid of some extra cash. He walked in ready to sell, and was already trying to sell me a water heater before he even opened my panel.

I have a high end Tesla Solar Panel System with 3 powerwalls in my house. He started to put down Tesla, who's is not comparable for quality on their work, the system is incredibly well done and beautiful.

When he handed me the comical quote, I told him I would need to get other quotes and he said.. Good luck.. there really isn't anyone else. He said they were hiring but no-one else could even pass a drug test?

Permits... They have completed the job at my home the inspection passed the first time. I once again must say how the entire crew is amazing. As mentioned you could not find a better team anywhere. They work together as a team all helping each other. From the top down...Brandon really works with you to get a job done with his crew... Then Jessica does great helping me understand the permits and keeping me updated on that.. The crew of electricians from Yasser, Zoltan, Reinaldo,Chris, Robert, and any one else I didn't name... All worked very hard. Had a wonderful attitude and work ethic. I am so happy, to have had all of them to help with my home when I need them.
I can't thank them enough for making all this easy. Plus going above and beyond every step of the way

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have 4 outlets to move (tvs & fireplace mounting so that cables do not show) & a pendant light to repair. I speak with a rep. on the phone requesting a quote & he tells me yes, we can provide one by scheduling an appointment and having a tech go out. I agree to the scheduled apt. between working hours, where my husband has to take time off of work to be home. Tech Jose Stempel arrives and looks at the requested job and my husband asks, ""So how much will this be approximately?"" Jose mentions he doesn't provide quotes - that pricing is subject to change based on findings. Well obviously, but what is the whole point of a quote then if you cannot approximate the cost of the service? If I go to a car dealership and need an oil change done the oil change has a cost of $60-$70. Now, if the service dept. finds additional issues they will advise me of it and its cost before performing the service. Common sense you would think, right? Well not with Mister Sparky. They want me to blindly accept service and then get billed who knows what later and it be too late to disagree or dispute the charge. No way I am dealing with this company for any of my current or future needs.

UPDATE:
Just got a quote by email (haha). Guess this was a sale tactic to bully my husband into accepting the job with no #s so he can fake them later. Nice try. By the way - quote is ridiculously high and cute too. They want to charge a fee for a ladder - just to give you an idea, fee is the same cost of an actual ladder. No thank you.
