Had mister Sparky come out to my home. To say the least I was pretty disappointed They are out of their minds if anyone would pay $1,100 to install a simple rustic chandelier and put it on it's own dedicated switch. They tried to sell the job by saying if they had to come back tomorrow bc the job was not finished that It would not cost me more. Once again I'm thinking this is just a simple job and not my first chandelier installation. I would not recommend this company. I'm for every one making money but this is highway robbery. I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know.

I had a great experience using Mr. Sparky to do a circuit panel ""rejuvenation"" to replace all of the circuit breakers. The electrician Carlos was very knowledgeable and thorough in making sure the work was done up to code.

He also informed me that the grounding rods that were installed when the house was built were insufficient. He upgraded to the required 2 grounding rods which is required by code.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Sparky to my family and friends.

I had this company come out for a problem with a.c.. running a wire from our air handler to the compressor on roof of from the second floor on a 4 floor condo. Said it would be over $ 1000 to troubleshoot the problem and maybe that would fix it. Had a local place CPI electric in Margate come out fixed it in less than an hour for $150. Do not call MR Sparky unless you want to waste money!

Needed two exhaust fans. Pierre and Allen were right on time with a reasonable price and excellent service. They'll be my first call next time we need electrician service.

This morning we had Allen and Pierre come to our house to install a fan in our bedroom. First they called and let us know what time they would be arriving and they were right on time which was perfect. These 2 gentlemen were very professional and courteous when the they greeted me at the door. They quickly assessed what they needed to do and provide me with an excellent quote. Throughout the installation they explained what they were doing in a detailed manner so my wife and I would have a full understanding. They worked fast and efficient and provide outstanding results. After they completed the installation they were kind enough to answer and other electrical questions I had and provide me with some safety regulations that we should address. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIERRE and ALLEN for any and all upcoming electrical work. These guys were a dynamic team that I will 100% be using again and will pass on to all family memebers and friends. Call mister sparky and ask for these guys you won't be disappointed I promise!

Mister Sparky is absolutely the greatest electrical company that has ever worked in my home! Allen and Pierre were so polite and professional. They walked me through the job that they were doing educating me throughout the entire thing. The power in my home was not working due to my panel burning, which caused a light to literally explode in my dinning room. Allen and Pierre fixed the problem and replaced my panel.When they were done they cleaned up everything and made it look as if no one had even worked at my home. Thank you Mister Sparky!

This company is amazing! The first thing you notice is when you call. ""How can I make you smile today?"" I was totally floored by that. Every person answering the phone seems happy to hear your voice. When I made my appointment they were prompt and professional when booking.

The service man, Yasser called me 30 minutes prior to hIs arrival to let me know he was on his way. It was shocking to have someone do that as I have grown a custom to the unprofessionalism that exists in the service industry here in Miami. When the service man arrived, he was clean, courteous, and careful...traits lacking here in Miami.

I explained what the problem was, and he addressed those concerns with great care and attention to detail. Yasser noticed other concerns and gave me options to decide how to best proceed. When the work was done, he went over everything in full detail and provided pictures. This is the company that is setting a platinum standard.

Very friendly reaponse on time , very careful guy but wanted ro charge 750,00 to install one outlet, 4 ft from panel .... have never seen such a ripoff.

Mr. Sparky is the best electricians I had the pleasure of doing business with. Chris Gomez came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call. He diagnosed the problem and showed me everything he was seeing so I understood. His crew came back on Monday morning and stayed until almost midnight so I could have power back in my home. The next day his team finished the job after 7p.m and cleaned up like they were never there. Chris took pictures of everything so I would have no problems submitting to the insurance company. It is rare to see this level of professionalism in Miami.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst COmpany I have Ever dealt with! They had me sit home ALL day on my day off! NEVER called NEVER showed and then wanted Me to wait Again the Next day! I had called around 2pm to see an estimated time! The guy told me they will call when they are on their way! So I waited to call back at 3:45 to ask what was going on, she told me they tried calling, which is False, I asked for a manager and was hung up on! Called back again talk to Manager and he did Nothing to accommodate us and said they are done for the day! I AM disgusted and WILL Never recommend this company to ANYONE!
