The power in two switches was not there. Bill did a great job. Found what was wrong and fixed it. It appeared that a handyman of mine rewired a wall socket wrong which effected the two switches. Bill was extremely polite and obviously knew what he was doing. I'd call them again anytime.

I was amazed by their excellent customer service. From the moment I placed a serviced request online it took less than 5 minutes for them to give me a call. The person I Spoke with was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to schedule an appointment for me for the day and time that work best for me. I received a phone call the day before to confirm and an explanation of the services to be provided and how the service call would be handled. My technician was on time and I was impressed with his friendly service and he also took time to provide various quotes for me. He fixed one of my problems and wasn't bothered when I told him I would pass on the other quotes provided. It was rather expensive, but at the time I desperately needed the problem resolved and it came with a 7 year warranty! In a pinch I would definitely call Mr. Sparky, you get what you pay for!

I just had three breakers replaced and four new light installations, none of which were planned or budgeted for. Sparky sent out someone the next day to fix all of the electrical problems. They showed up on time, explained everything, and did a great job. Furthermore, that night when I noticed something still wasn't working they immediately sent the same electrician (Clint) to come repair it. They ordered special parts and again, they were back the next day to finish the job. This company is efficient and sticks to their word. And Clint, you are awesome for being so patient, helpful, and all around a great guy!

The technician Ryan was very nice and very helpful. He ended up staying over an hour and explaining a lot of things to us and showing us how to do a lot of things and explain to us what he was doing. He actually ended up coming out two times. The second time he had to come out after the floods in Houston to re-set something and did not charge us. Would definitely recommend them again!

Great customer service to be sure, but they are really expensive to be sure as well. I obtained a bid to have 9 dimmers changed to LED compatible dimmers. I purchased the dimmers and they were only going to install the 9 dimmers. The original bid was $1,000. After some disbelief, as well as discussion, that cost was reduced to $600, still an extraordinary expense for installing 9 dimmers that I had purchased, but, like I mentioned, they were awfully nice...

Ok have to retract. Called them because the blown circuit breaker from November continues to blow and heat.,the tech said I need a whole new breaker box etc and $4000. I called a master electrician and he replaced breakers and heavier wire -working now. So dishonest or just not the best trained or smartest. Can't trust them.

We had an unexpected need for $4,000 of electrical work so this did not make me very happy. There was good news. I found an excellent electrical company. A few things:
1. Mr. Sparky has an excellent process or system of dealing with customers. I got online completed a short needs analysis, push the button and within minutes I received a telephone call and we set up an appointment for the next day. When the job was complete gentleman called to check with my satisfaction.
2. I dealt with two electricians and a supervisor who is a master electrician. I was very pleased with their skill levels and especially with their customer relationship skills.
3. Their prices were competitive. They gave me a fixed cost thus taking the risk of unexpected loner ghourly charges out of the equation.
4. Their guarantees are impressive. However, one never knows about guarantees until one has to exercise a guarantee. Time will tell on this one.

Except for the pain of paying out a lot of un-budgeted money, it has been a very pleasant experience.
