We had an unexpected need for $4,000 of electrical work so this did not make me very happy. There was good news. I found an excellent electrical company. A few things:
1. Mr. Sparky has an excellent process or system of dealing with customers. I got online completed a short needs analysis, push the button and within minutes I received a telephone call and we set up an appointment for the next day. When the job was complete gentleman called to check with my satisfaction.
2. I dealt with two electricians and a supervisor who is a master electrician. I was very pleased with their skill levels and especially with their customer relationship skills.
3. Their prices were competitive. They gave me a fixed cost thus taking the risk of unexpected loner ghourly charges out of the equation.
4. Their guarantees are impressive. However, one never knows about guarantees until one has to exercise a guarantee. Time will tell on this one.

Except for the pain of paying out a lot of un-budgeted money, it has been a very pleasant experience.

William was our electrician and he was very efficient and professional! He gave me a couple of options with safety being main concern. They are not the cheapest but I feel that when it comes to electrical you get what you pay for! He did find electrical issues and scorching in a outlet in attic that was quite terrifying. (Electrician from builder never caught it) He took his time and made sure I was happy with the new switches and positioning of the new light fixtures.
Dealing with electrical is scary and expensive but there was no high pressure sales pitch and no upselling.
We will definitely use them again.

Wow, I am super impressed! I called and was assigned an excellent, experienced, knowledgeable electrician named Ryan who arrived the very next day! He reviewed all of my existing circuits, made recommendations, gave me four estimates depending upon my budget and how much work I wanted to have done, and got busy doing it the same day. The work he did was excellent and I look forward to calling Mister Sparky anytime I need electrical services again.

Mr. Sparky has made great effort in making accommodations in negotiating great customer service with my electrical issues. The owner was very helpful with the option offered to me as a resolution.

Ryan from Mister Sparky called 30 minutes prior to arriving and was a few minutes early. He was polite and very nice. He provided a quick walk through of my situation and provided a few options of the work I needed. Once I settled on the option, he performed the work in a professional manner and provided a few more options for additional work if I wanted it. No pressure to up sale me on things I didn't need. All in all, he was great to work with. Extremely professional and did great work. I highly recommend him and his team.

I asked them to come out to one of my rental properties, which I own & would be on site for. They said that they will not service any new rental properties & then refused to give a good reason for it... just seems like they are not interested in any new business.

Yes, they're master electricians - awesome! Just expect to pay for a master electrician, even if that means they're not doing ""master electrician"" work (ie: replacing a pot light & installing a pot light has the exact same $450 price tag) I will not use these guys again, solely on the ridiculous price.

Requested a service to replace a fan in the bedroom. The electrician claimed that one of the screws holding the fan bracket was stripped. Instead of trying to use the right tool to retrieve the stripped screw, she recommended to find the same type of fan to put on the existing bracket. The fan model was discontinued. So she was not able to fix the problem and left. Still got charged for the service call fee! I later tried to unscrew it myself using a larger square driver and it came off quite easily with a little bit of strength. I am surprised they don't even come prepared with a proper tool for this kind of problem and still charge us for service when they could not fix.

I used Mr. Sparky to address a buzzing noise coming from my breaker box. Not only did Clint and his apprentice Miguel identify and fix the problem but Clint was able to give me guidance regarding an issue with my home generator system and with an issue caused by my builder! He wrote out for me exactly what the issues were so I wouldn't have to try to remember and then sent me pictures of what I should have had installed when my house was built 2 years ago. I will continue to use Mr. Sparky for any and all electrical issues in the future.
