* Electrician came out Jan 4, 2023
* Said he could not find the problem initially so he told me had to run additional diagnostics which would cost $300 (including the service fee)
* Turns out the problem could be clearly seen from a light that was out on a control panel related to my backup generator (yes - I'm kicking myself)
* Then he quotes me $1,500 to fix the problem (that is not a typo - $1,500)
* After regaining consciousness, I asked for a breakdown of parts, labor, etc.
* He said that could not be done (which is obviously ridiculous)
* Told him 'no thanks'
* Another provider came out today and fixed the problem - parts included - for $288
I've never had a more negative experience with a service provider than this.

Be careful, their estimate is not free even though they tell you it's free in the phone.
to run a cable to my garage....... their estimate was $8,000 plus.
it's a spam business and they live on the estimate fe

We called Mr Sparky about our lights flickering. Chris came out and did a whole house inspection which he said was needed. Then said we needed all of our light switches and plug ins rewired. Not knowing anything about electricity we thought that must be the problem.
It wasn't...after nearly a $4400 bill the next day our lights still flickered.
Can't get a response back ..that was Nov 1. They took advantage of elderly on social security!!

There are several locations, so I can't say which one because I'm not sure...but I want to thank Baron for his awesome professionalism when he came out to my home. He was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of things to me. Although my current issue couldn't be solved by him, he pointed me into the right direction, proper steps, and I feel safe and positive about this. He even came to my door with his own shoe covers, although I had some waiting for him. This really impressed me. Thank you Baron, at Mister Sparky Electrical...Happy Holidays!!!

SUPER OVER PRICED! we installed 2 ceiling fans for $900 I could've gotten electrocuted and gone to the hospital for cheaper than that.

Mister Sparky rescheduled my appointment because they had calls from other customers without power from the storm over night. Guess what, I have the same problem. I live in the neighborhood with the power issues also. When I asked if they would keep my appointment they said they might get me in Thursday...? I had an appointment I have an outage they scheduled another customer my appointment because they assumed their issue was worse without talking to me. Then they said they couldn't dare reschedule the other customer...please help me understand. Then the supervisor wouldn't take my call and said they'd call me back...im still waiting.

UPDATE: Owners contacted me and noted that the issue was invoiced incorrectly, made corrections and sent me a new invoice for my leak damage. They are coming out next week to make some revisions to my electrical system. I give them an A for effort so far. Hopefully, things will work out.

Mister Sparky came out to tell me if the wires in a particular room were OK after a leak. He diagnosed a long list of things that would cost over 6K to repair....probably more like 7K...it was extreme. These items were not near the leak. Also, I was charged for a service that was not done according to receipt. I had an inspection and the invoice said something else, which I hope wasn't more expensive than it should have been. It said a ""panel rejuvenation."" Also, they charge an estimation fee. In total, his visit was $407. I called the office to get a corrected receipt for my insurance claim and they never returned the call. If I follow up on the recommendations, I will not use this company.
Their representative was very polite and punctual. According to the list of needed repairs, I can assume he was thorough. He just wasn't completing what I had called him for and instead came up with an extremely inflated repair list. At the end, they have you complete a satisfaction survey right in front of the guy...rather uncomfortable...like you are going to say something bad right in front of him. I was ready for him to leave...anything to get him out the door.

Very happy with their service! We had some burnt wires replaced along with 5 outlets in our kitchen. Yovani showed up soon after we called, which was late afternoon, made an honest evaluation of what we needed and presented options on corrective action. He even offered to do the job that evening but we decided it was too late and had him come back the next morning, which he did ON TIME.
It was a good experience from start to finish for a reasonable price and we felt respected as paying customers. Will hire them again.

I wrote a review on a service I had on 2/5/18 which I gave 3 out of 5 stars. I loved the service but was concerned about the pricing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the area manager who wanted to talk about my concerns. He spent quite a while listening and explaining. I feel a lot better about the situation and will definitely keep using them.

My human used these guys to correct electrical work done by another electrician. They were professional, fast, reasonably priced and went the extra mile. They also cleaned up after themselves.
My human was very happy with them....
