Set up an appointment to have my spa light repaired, and was told to meet the electrician between 4p-7pm at my house. Received a call AFTER I had left work early and gone home, telling me that they had some homeowners without power and needed to attend to those calls and would have to reschedule me. I was frustrated but agreed to reschedule for the following week. Once again, I left work early on a very busy day and went home to wait. I was given the 4p-7pm slot again. And wouldn't you know it, I got another call telling me the EXACT same thing as last time!! Complete disregard for somebody's time!!!

I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Rick, the technician, was a true professional, on time, courteous, and provided great advice on replacing my old smoke detectors and adding two surge protectors to my breaker boxes. I highly recommend them.

Needed one plug installed in the garage. Flexible scheduling worked with my schedule. Electrician arrived on time and was very profession looking. Took time to put on and take off shoe covers when entering the house. Price was higher than I thought for scope of work, but this is my first time using an electrician so I have nothing to base the price on. If I was familiar with market price and they were comparatively proved, I'd give 5 stars.
