Service was great. From the initial online request for an appointment which was answered immediately to the actual service call. I was called promptly 20 minutes before the allotted time frame. Technicians Ron and Bishop arrived early. They explained the whole process and all services throughly. The service was done in the amount of time they told me it would take. John from Mr Sparky is a kind, diligent and skillful electrician. This is the 3rd time he's been to my home and I won't use anyone else! We had a difficult issue that 2 other electricians couldn't solve (nuisance arc fault tripping) but John stuck with it until he figured it out. We put up with the problem for almost 3 years and John managed to fix it! Now we try to think up new electrical projects just to get him back to the house (new chandelier, etc). Definitely recommend John from Mr Sparky, he's fantastic. Mr Sparky's pricing is a bit higher than others, but their top tier customer service is worth the extra cost.

They completed the work, but way overcharged. Had a Master Electrician come and they gave me a much lower price for even more work than previously quoted by Mr. Sparky. The work they did was good, just overpriced.

We used Mr Sparky to do several jobs at our house. They changed out one chandelier and replaced it with a can light, replaced another chandelier with a new fixture, installed timer on exterior lights, new exhaust fan in master bath, etc. The guys were professional, on time, clean and did the work in a timely manner. I will definitely use them for any future jobs.

I have used Mike G with Mr Sparky for several years now. He has installed chandeliers, bathroom light/fans that needed venting to the outside, a new micro-hood, a very high ceiling fan, switches, plugs, wiring and bathroom lighting. He is always prompt, courteous and explains everything in detail. There are never any hidden costs that surprise you at the end. Cleans everything when he is done. I had trouble with my micro-hood (a defect from the manufacturer with the suction) and their rep's (through Lowe's) kept re-installing it incorrectly and not on the wall mounts and saying there was nothing wrong (for the Lowe's extended warranty). He re-checked and wrote a report stating exactly what we found which was it was not sucking hardly anything at all and re-mounted correctly each time.

I have had consistently good service and I highly recommend them if you want the job done right.

The electrician was very professional. He explained the choices I had to take care of my electrical problem. Jerimiah was on time and he took care of the problem using the option chosen and so far no problems.
