I asked how much to come out to look at why my bathroom outlets weren't working. They said they would waive the $59 fee to come out. Great...but did not mention that there would be a $375 fee to tell us what is wrong then potentially more money if the fix is nothing simple. Giving 2 stars because they were very responsive and quick to make an appointment. Wish I wasn't blinded by the niceness I thought they doing for us by waiving fee to come out.

We went online and requested to schedule an appointment. Someone called us back, immediately, scheduled our appointment for the time frame that we wanted. The technician reached out to us when they were on their way came as expected and did a great job was very informative. Let us know what our options were did the repairs, timely and then cleaned up excellent job and highly recommend. Reese was very polite and courteous, He knew what he was doing.

we just moved into our 40 year old condo and needed to update the light fixtures in the kitchen...we replaced fluorescent lights with LED lights. we had 2 outlets installed in our lanai and added a light ceiling fan. we also had a gfi outlet installed in our bathroom. Ben and Shannon were a great team they showed up on time and did an amazing job with all the work. they brought a vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after themselves. we are very happy with the work they did and would recommend them with any electrical work needed. love the emails and texts received as they were on the way. all tools and equipment needed was in the van making it a smoothe installation

Marcelo came to out home to fix some wiring issues.
He was fast, friendly, and very knowledgable. Everything was fixed and it cost a lot kess than i expected!

Pretty disappointed. Called Mr Sparky for a number of upgrades to my home electrical. They came right away to start the job in early April. FIVE MONTHS LATER...still not complete. I spent $10k for a new panel, some additional wiring and outlets, and surge protection. Still waiting on the interlock switch.
Don't wait for them to call you. You have to call them to get the job finished. I've probably made over 20 phone calls to find out when the job will be done. Still waiting....
And you may just ask them to please not put any holes in your walls.
For $10,000 I expected better customer service, follow through, and response when I call. Still waiting for the job to be complete....

Called and received service same day. Now that's world class service!! The customer service representative was very pleasant and professional from the moment she answered the phone and two hours later Electrician (Reece Carmitchel) arrived. He was courteous pleasant professional and knowledgeable. He was very informative and explained what was needed and recommended. I highly recommend Mister Sparky! And Will definitely use them again to install ceiling fan and in the future for a large project needed.
