I paid their OUTRAGEOUS Bill because I needed the work done to close on my house but I will never use them again! $297.00 for less than one hour of work to change out two plugs to GFI! NEVER USE THEM!!!

Kyle was fantastic! We got home from a long weekend trip to a very hot house. The breaker for our HVAC was broken for who knows how long before we got home. Kyle came a little after midnight on an emergency call and got us back to running condition in no time. Grateful this company was able to make this happen midnight on a Saturday

Had 4 ceiling fans replaced in our house. The technician Josh was on time (actually early) very friendly. We asked for them to come and give us a quote which was reasonable, and was able to do the job the same day. They even hauled away the old fans, and the boxes for the new ones. We will use Mister Sparky again.

Tried for hours to schedule an appointment for a Saturday and received confirmation by text and email that the appointment would be then. 12 hours later I receive texts and emails saying the appointment is now all of a sudden on Tuesday - not what I scheduled at all.

Clearly this continues the trend here of poor scheduling and terrible communication from this company. Get to work on it or your ratings will be in the toilet. It's just not that hard.

This business responds to my real review and then tells me to call a number that goes to a realtor phone message about a safety harbor home. You know who's a real scam? Mr. Sparky. For real get your sh*t together people. Total embarrassment.

I was extremely pleased from the initial phone call to my in home estimate and then to deciding to go with the best. I have medical issues which requires the immediate and constant flow of cool air. We decided on a Monday night to accept the quote and they had me scheduled for installation 2 days later on Wednesday. All the guys were prompt, great personality, polite, and like magic I had a new upgraed AC unit and attic insulation. I will stand by this company and recommend them to anyone in need of AC services. Thanks again guys!

If I can give Mister sparky a zero that's what it would be! UNFORTUNATELY I had to hit 1 star. I wasn't told that there could be a estimate fee of over $300 for trying to figure out the electrical issue plus the $59 drive out fee then of course the cost of the fix or repair on top of that. The so-called ""master electrician"" (OK) told me all of that before he even stepped a foot into the home! How would he even know anything without coming in and taking a look at well...anything??!!! This was the worse experience I have ever had with any type of company! He basicly said you know what, I waive the $59 trip fee you have a nice day !! LOL!! He basicly stepped out of his sparky truck closed door and stood right near it with his little clip board in hand stating his fee before he'd come in before seeing any issues! I think he probably took a total of 5 steps of that...I looked like he could get over heated very easily. ?
Not to mention I called to speak with Manager and he didnt believe me...said he'd have to speak to the technician first and a regional mgn would contact me concerningthis issue.
I won't hold my breath!! EPIC FAILURE!!!!

I chose this company to complete simple commercial electrical repair, assessment for switch replacement, sourcing common switch and installation. 2 weeks and still not complete. Can't reach anyone other than their call center and they explain that I will receive a call back from Randy?? Never called back. Field tech seemed on top of things however they are limited in flexibility to source materials etc. they are insulated by an off site call center and you will not speak with any Mr Sparky direct employees. Extremely dissapointing.

FOLLOW UP I did receive a follow up call and it appears the Mister Sparky Team they are on it. They identified the disconnect and are getting it done. Thank you MS for the call and action

So after 3 missed/ post poned appointments they came and quoted my portable generator install. After they quoted the install for $1000.00 ( I signed PO) they came back and raised price to $5900.
They quoted $8900 for the Generac generator which I could have bought anywhere for $3000 delivered. ( I bought it from HomeDepot with one year free finance)
I now have a Generac dealer coming to install everything with Permit for $1000.

Don't call these guys in less you enjoy being ripped off.

I cannot give enough praise to this company & their employees. Had an issue when my electric dryer was delivered, it required a 4 prong outlet rather than my old 3 prong outlet. Jason, the electrician from Mr Sparky,said that he would need to rewire the outlet from my panel. He did have another solution however. He could replace the 4 prong cord with a 3 prong cord. He even had the item on the truck. Problem solved, and I now am able to use my new dryer. I had signed into home improvement and they originally set me up with a Monday appt. I decided to call directly and spoke to the receptionist, Cherise, who was very kind and helpful. ( sorry if I misspelled your name). She checked and got me an on call appt for today, a Friday afternoon. I will definitely call this company again if I have electrical issues.

Like most men my age, over eighty, we did most, if not all ,our home electrical needs. Its amazing I haven't been barbequed in my sleep with some of the Rube Goldberg connections I have made. Even worse, there were a lot of major code violations that were done by the do it yourself builder thirty years ago. So I invited Mr. Sparky to take a look at why I shocked myself during my last attempt to be an electrician. Patrick ,who is a Master Electrician inspected the house and pointed out how my guardian angel saved me from many potential electrical fires. He prepared a professional estimate and discussed my options. Since my irrigation pump was shut off he got the job going immediately. I had house service the same day. It was a three day job which included digging long ditches for underground cable and two men worked for hours in the pouring rain. I was very impressed with the work ethic of all three men who worked the job. They didn't waste any time getting me back up by not taking lunch and breaks. A minor glitch developed which could or could not have been the electricians error. With absolutely NO argument the company manger apologized and paid for the ""damage"". Shocking to find such a customer oriented attitude these days. On top of it all when they found out I was a Veteran they gave me a discount. So if you are an old Vet still doing your own electrical work; no matter how good you think your are, MR. Sparky will do it right and probably better. I couldn't be happier and most likely wont be on the evening news being baked in a house fire.
