Ted was fantastic! We really love the work that he did for us, top notch. We had several issues that seemed insurmountable with our home. We live in a Queen Anne Victorian, with very specific ornate elements. We had severe dry rot on one of window frames and on our stairs. Part of the issues was that a previous handyman had botched the job. They left it worse off. Ted came in very professional and knew exactly how to tackle both jobs. He had connections to a company that built these specific frames, had them reproduce the frame to the specific original details. Ted came back installed the new frame and then worked on our stairs replacing the dry rot are and making it look like it's original state. Ted is a true craftsman, very professional, very honest and upfront with his prices. We highly recommend Ted, he is the best!
