Tim at Mission Electrical provides excellent service, and at reasonable prices. He is very responsive when you call to begin your process and either answers immediately, or returns your call promptly. Tim has fixed many of my electrical problems due to living by the beach where moisture and salty air can corrode wires over time. He has also installed additional wiring for outdoor sockets, fixed the shortages to my outside lighting, and even installed ceiling fans. I highly recommend Tim for any electrical needs!

Very disappointed. Tim spent about 1 - 2 hours at house reviewing work that was being asked - an old home rewire. He indicated that he would get back with a bid. That bid never arrived. We are assuming he did not want the job. We believe the professional action would have been to say that while at the house rather than keeping us waiting. At this point, we would not trust hiring him.

Tim has since called to rectify the situation we are giving him five stars for the follow through

Owner Tim was enjoyable to work with. He is punctual, hard working and does amazing work. He installed all new canned lighting throughout my home, installed new directive lighting for a painting over my fireplace, installed under the counter and in glass cabinet lighting and created an automatic light for when you open the pantry door. He also hung lights for the center of my rooms and put dimmers on remotes in the master bedroom. It only took him 1 week to perform all of this work and his price was extremely fair. I'm in real estate and I always refer Tim to my clients if they have electrical needs.

We had Tim come out to replace a Zinsco panel in our remodeled condo, and we're so thankful we found him.
Before Tim, we had been in talks for the same project with a much bigger electrical company. See, our HOA required us to have a permit before we got this job started. That bigger electrical company told us of possible worst case scenarios and all that can go wrong and how expensive it was going to get with this project just to deter us from getting a permit. That company even had someone come out and quote us on the job, and then backtracked saying that quote wasn't right and now they needed to requote us for a much higher price- it was a mess! They had us so stressed out with all the 'what-ifs' and the possible costs.

In comes Tim! We had a week before a tenant was going to move in, and he had no trouble scheduling us in. He came in one time to see what he was getting into and told us the project was going to be no trouble. That same week he got us a permit, scheduled the inspector for a final inspection, came in the second time, executed like the pro that he is, and just like that this crazy project that had been lingering around for days was done!

Tim is really good at what he does, and when the inspector came for the final inspection at our condo, he looked at the job Tim had done and cleared us in a few minutes. Thanks Tim!
