I had a weird electrical issue and called this company for assistance. Robert sent out one of his employees, who was prompt, courteous, and professional and resolved my issue in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable for the work performed. My expectations were exceeded, and they'll be my go-to electricians for future needs.

Wow! Let me start by saying that Robert and his crew have gone above and beyond with the job I hired them for. I am currently renovating a house I recently purchases in lodi. I have been trying to accomplish this while also working crazy hours and taking care of a family. I hired Robert to install recessed lighting throughout the house and update my panel and also some odds and ends of electrical throughout my house. I let Robert know the day before the job that I there was a massive mess in the house from previous demolition of tile and flooring that I was unable to finish before Robert got to my house. I didn't want him or his crew to get hurt. Well, when I came to the house after work I walked into the house with all of the tile and debris removed from the house and put into the current pile I already started in the driveway. I was blown away because it was A LOT. His crew was also very friendly and took the time to talk to me about the area since I am new to the area. I will definitely be using Mission Electric for my next reno job of my kitchen in the next few months. Do not hesitate to use Robert and his crew. I am extremely pleased with their work.

Here is a play by play of my experience with this company. First I call and schedule an appointment for a Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I get a phone call letting me know he forgot about his appointment and would like a reschedule. I rescheduled with him. Second appointment he showed up. I explained to him a few times what I wanted. To replace 4 cfl cans with led cans and 4cfl bulbs with led kits. Charge was $550 which is crazy high since unscrewing the lightbulb and putting the kit I supplied in was $25 each. Lol. Oh well I agreed to the price cause I was lazy and looking for a seamless experience.

Workers show up. Late but show up. Two of them knock out the work in 2 hours flat. So yes I paid $250 an hour for the two of them lol. Workers left finger prints all over my ceiling around the lights they replaced that I had to paint. I tried to pay the workers twice and they refused to take my money said their boss would come later that day to collect. My wife then got home and tried to pay them. They also declined her money.

Little over a month goes by and they call and let me know they would like to collect on the work that was done a few months ago. No real apology in the poor communication. Overall I would give the workers 4/5 the owner or manager would be 0/5. Super disorganized and would recommend a different company.

I wanted Mission Electric to be the solution to my needs. It doesn't seem there are many good choices in my area and after seeing all the positive 5 star reviews I set out to make this happen.

I called their office and mobile number multiple times on different days at different times, no one ever answered. I then went directly to their website and submitted a request, no one ever replied or contacted me. Finally I requested a quote through yelp, which currently says they respond in 6 hours and have a high response rate. Days later I received a very short and simple email with a quote for the work. I responded with ok lets set up an appointment and provided my address and contact info. It has been a week now and I have not been contacted in any form.

This has all been over the course of about a month and is ridiculously to long to try to get in contact with someone. I have used Yelp in the past, but this is my first review. I believe this drove me to my first review because with so many good reviews it should not take so long and so many different methods of contact to get a hold of someone.

Maybe the work I requested was not worth the time and money, but at least any response or explanation would of been appreciated.

Mission Electric. Professional,neat,organized,courteous,diligent. Superb plan executed by Robert and his top flight crew at my home. Security lights, ceiling fans, under cabinet lighting and ceiling lights designed and installed. Local business at top of their game.

If you want a reliable, honest electrician...this is the place to call. Robert did an excellent job of sorting out an electrical problem we had recently. Most of the outlets in one room stopped working. He also installed a new smoke alarm.

Robert and his crew are very professional and ethical. Don't hesitate to call Mission Electric...and they are on time and give you excellent service and customer care. They are totally worth 5 stars on this review. I called him based on his excellent reviews here...and I'm very pleased to be able to add to them.

I had a single 220 volt/50 amp outlet, that I had no use for, above my new garage workbench. I called Mission Electric to see about converting it to a usable 4 outlet 110 volt / 20 amp. Robert was able to come out the next day and take care of it. Reasonable pricing and great work. Very pleased.

I think I've found my new, honest, electrician. I met Robert when he came to our home to check out an old electrical panel to see if it needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't recommend an expensive replacement (yet). Indeed, you expect someone coming out to give a FREE estimate to find something wrong so they can make some money...not Robert, he gave me his honest opinion. So when we do have electrical work to do, I'll be calling Robert.

The technician doesn't seem to be very good or purposely slowing to accrue more hours. After about 2 hours, I called and discovered he had not narrowed down the issue with the power loss to an overhead fluorescent light and dish washer. Seems I had to ask specific questions to steer them to the right path.
