Had an outside pipe break during the winter storm of 2021. Despite knowing how busy Mission Air would be due to the massive amount of burst pipes around Houston, I called to get in their queue. To my delight, they were able to fit us in for an appointment the next day. Townes and Christian came out and did an outstanding job for us, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you!

I recommend Mission for any related repairs in Houston. They were responsive, prompt and diligent.

Casey, in particular, was excellent. He and a partner wore masks the entire time. They completed the job before lunch time. He also arranged a necessary follow-up repair with another contractor.

The downside: very expensive.

A/C Units have been great and more importantly, their post customer service has been great as well.
