Rogelio was excellent! He came to my house and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He cleaned out my A/C line and added extra freon to my unit. He explained that I had a leak and would eventually need a new unit. I told him that I couldn't afford one right now, so that is why he added freon. He also explained that Mission Air had a financing option whenever I was ready to buy a new unit. He never pressured me to buy anything and he was fantastic. I will definitely use Mission Air again!

Had them come out to evaluate a system not cooling. They diagnosed a leak and recharged for $400, told me I had a bad fan motor also ($500) and the system was too old and needed to be replaced. They were hard selling new systems. The tech was more interested in the sales pitch than fixing my AC. It stopped working a week later. They came out again and wanted me to replace the coil in the handler for $2k and again tried selling us $6-$10k new systems because ours was ""so old"".

Called someone else out and they replaced our coil and recharged for $1,400. System works great now. The tech and the other 2 companies I got competing bids from told me the rest of the system looked and ran great and will last a long time with proper maintenance. They also recharged for $50/lb while Mission was over $100/lb. And there was nothing wrong with the fan motor.

I wouldn't recommend Mission AC. Their techs are too sales pushy and their prices too high, and they are just more interested in big sales than fixing your problem. Wasted $400 on this company.

Roel was awesome! He came out the same day we requested an appointment, quickly found the root of our problem (bum capacitor) and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He also mentioned a few other things that he could see as potential issues for us in the coming years - I really appreciated his detailed explanations. Would definitely use Mission AC again! Thanks guys!

A/C went out the other night and called Mission first thing the following morning. Jose came out and we were back up and running that day. Husband said Jose was awesome. (I was thankful at work that day ...in an air conditioned office!) Thanks guys!!

No joke, the best experience I've had with home services. I've already recommended to friends and will call if I ever have another problem.

Roel stayed in touch was always on time and was really helpful with keeping me informed. We worked through the problem and my house was cool. In the Houston summer, I can tell you how much that was worth.

The customer service is what makes this company so good. I highly recommend for anyone out there sweating it out.

Rogelio came to give an estimate on a leaky A/C unit. Multiple options were given for both short term and long term fixes depending on how much we wanted to spend. I appreciated the honesty and straightforwardness of the service! Will be using them for future A/C repairs!

My AC unit is not working, it's on but not cooling, I called Mission Air conditioning today and I think his name is David, he told me that a technician will be at my place at around 12, ROEL the technician arrived around 10:45am or so, really early and on time I guess they knew I desperate lol. I have to say I am very impressed. Best service I have received so far. And I mean so far because 3 other companies have come out to my place. I haven't met there other employees at Mission AC, but ROEL is very knowledgeable, very patient and very understanding. He explained everything about my unit and the evaporator coil and why it was leaking, I saw the pipes frozen and why the freon was not lasting. I even asked him to take pictures for me lol and he was very patient with my dumb questions. Anyways they will be back on Tuesday to replace the evaporator coil so I will be back to tell everyone how the service. I can keep going about this but I'll rather wait for Tuesday.

FYI there is no fee for someone coming out on a Saturday unless they have to do some digging into. How many other companies go out to houses on a Saturday for free??

I called Mission air conditioning today and they had someone out the same day. The technican Rogelio Salazar was knowledge and explained to me everything that was being done. He explained to me exactly what my options were...No Pressure...he was within my scheduled time and my work was completed in hour...I would definitely recommend Mission Air Conditioning...I am a forever customer!!!
