Company Overview

We distinguish ourselves from other local electricians because we are the only union shop in the region and we ensure every installation meets the National Electrical Code standards. All our staff are licensed and possess extensive knowledge and we carry full insurance. Since 2007, we have been a trusted name in the area, opening our local office in 2017. We provide both commercial and residential services. We are also experienced in handling water wells and lift stations.

For several years, Mr. Billy was employed in the Beaumont region before he made the decision to open his own shop. He relocated his family to Colmesneil, TX, where he launched Minton Electric from his home. Years later, they moved to Jasper and continued operating from home until an excellent opportunity arose to buy a building in town. After fully remodeling the building, they moved in March 2017.
