I have been to this place a couple of times now. When you walk into the place it is very wide open. Counter is in the back usually 1 guy behind the desk and another guy working on the repairs in the back. The first 2 times I came here tools were under warranty which made the trip well worth it, this last time had to pay $100 for a new starter on a $240 Router. Regardless of price these guys were kind and courteous when trying to answer my questions. If you have any problems with your Milwaukee tools they will do ya right.
