Buyer Beware! After missing the first appointment to give me a quote on upgrading my home theatre, 'Danny' did make the second time we booked an appointment. Found him to be very uninterested (maybe the $2000-3000 scope of work was not large enough for him?). Nonetheless, after his 15 minute 'consult', he made sure I wrote him a check for the $75 home visit fee (which, by the way, is not applied to any future work with this outfit!). Days and weeks went by, with me having to remind him on providing the home theatre upgrade quote, as we wanted to complete the work soon to enjoy our new television. He finally told me the quote was coming within a day. Still with no quote delivered, I attempted to cancel the $75 check but of course he had it cashed immediately. I have since asked for a refund and again no response. Don't waste your time reaching out to this sham business. There are other really good home theatre companies in our area who actually want to work with the customer.

Brandon came out and hung my TV a while back and I thought the service was amazing. Now that we've moved I'd like to use them again. Have a couple of calls into them and hope to hear back from them soon. Just Hang is fantastic!

Called several times to arrange for an installation. Everytime I spoke to the owner, they promised to call me back to schedule our installation. Never did receive a returned call to schedule the appointment as promised so I just gave up and went with the many other installers who demonstrate a much stronger commitment to customer service and satisfaction. IF YOU DON'T WANT OR ARE TOO BUSY TO ACCEPT RETURN CUSTOMERS, JUST SAY SO AND I'LL MOVE ON. QUIT WASTING MY TIME WITH FALSE PROMISES!

The service was very quick and efficient. While my call did go to voicemail it was returned in a very timely manner. I was helped by Tyler, and despite my initial reservations at seeing how young he was, he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall everything went way better and faster than I had expected. 10/10

This is my second time using Just Hang. Brandon is always on time and mounted my tv in the corner of my new bedroom. Hooked up all my equipment and showed me how to use everything. I'm happy to have found these guys and would recommend them to anyone doing anything with electronics in their house.
He also helped me set up my iPhone X, ha!
