Our HVAC system we got in 2023 runs like a dream. Our electric bill has been slashed and we are very pleased with the purchase and performance of our 5 ton unit. It was expensive, but it was the right choice for the long haul.
Service appointments and regular maintenance appointments are easy to set, but the windows for service have much to be desired. 3 of 3 service calls were grossly underestimated, making almost a whole day used instead of a few hours. I get that ppl may not have AC but the schedulers do too, and should give realistic timeframes instead of 'between 8-11a' to not arrive until 1:30-2.
John, the tech who arrived was very professional and pleasant. He spent about an hour checking the system and changing the filter. Kudos to him.
I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star due to 3 of 3 delayed appointments and wasted time on my part

Isaiah was on time, respected my home and explained all that he did. He wore shoe covers when he was inside my home, and talked to me as a consumer instead of as if I was an electrician.

If you need a plumber ask for Austin Arredono he's fast and does a Great Job. Anything you might need Milestone can take care of it.

Jonathan came to replace the GFCI at the pool that they had installed last year at NO charge.. Job was completed in less than 10 minutes and all was back to normal

Jason arrived today around 9:30 am and took his time checking out the a/c. It was the complimentary service that they provide. He was thorough and seemed to have checked every aspect of the system. When he resurfaced about 3 hours later he gave us a green light on the workability of the system but made suggestions for clearer and cleaner airflow. It was good to talk with him and hear his recommendations. Should we need work on the a/c in the future I will remember his name Jason White. Very professional.

Mata from Milestone did a great job analyzing and then replacing our 7-year old thermostat for our LENNOX system that they installed 7 years ago. Very polite and efficient and educated me on all the processes of the new thermostat and accompanying app. And it was under warranty! Great job!

After spending over 20g on having my house repiped it started leaking less than 1 year later. They sent out a plumber to reconnect a loose pipe which I was told would be under warranty. Instead I was charged $100 for the plumber to be here 5 minutes. To top it off he said there was no warranty on the work so if it breaks again I have to hire someone else to fix it/
